It also offers a mobile service that integrates with mobile phones. Both affiliate and reseller programs are available.

http://www.fonality.com/ Service Launched: 2004List Price: Starting at $30 per user per monthFonality is the old man of this group, launching in 2004 and now offering cloud VoIP services to small offices, SMBs and enterprises. Its reseller program offers partners discounts of up to 50 percent on its services. There’s also an affiliate program.

6Synnex CloudSolv UC

At its Varnex conference in April, Synnex announced CloudSolv UC, a cloud service built on the Microsoft and BroadSoft technology that is available for resale by its VAR and MSP customers. Synnex is trying to make it easy for the channel to get into the cloud VoIP service market.
