hi there I'm Katie boso here at paate Beyond 2024 with the one and only Juan Fernandez Channel chief of super Ops and we have some exciting news to share that was just announced we are super proud to announce today that we are the first rmm and PSA vendor to be in the pax8 marketplace it's just been a wonderful opportunity and we're truly honored and proud to be here and and be a part of this so why don't we dig into what that means for the channel can you talk to me about how the MSP partners are going to be able to leverage you from within Pax 8 now when you think about the products and services that you need obviously you're looking to the marketplace that you know you call home px8 right and with that being said you've always had to think about what choices should I make to bolt on the nerve center of my business which is an rmm and a PSA well that decisions become a lot simpler because now we worked with paate to actually go through the process of understanding the needs of the modern MSP and look at how can we build value in all aspects of their business and that alignment is really uh disruptive in the market because a lot of the others are looking at it from a different lens they're saying how can I add value to me and come to my house and stay here but don't have other friends we are focused on the success of our partners which are the modern MS and looking to the things that they need to be doing with their business and really tooling for their success for most msps the word managed uh service provider comes from somewhere we managed infrastructure and with that we needed a tool to do that that is a remote monitoring and management tool and the PSA is the ticketing nerve center of how they actually track and deliver and Bill for that value so those two things together are the managed and of managed services and we decided that that wasn't good enough so what does the Next Generation MSP look like well we understand all of the needs of the MSP are documentation and project management and quoting and utilization and you know Ai and how what if I we put all those things together and then we said now that we put them together what would it be like if you had a Marketplace that you use inside and this is where super Ops is born is that now we have all of the things that msps need to run their business and now we have a business operating system now bolted together with the marketplace that they love and trust and yeah we just simplified the equation the future of of manag service is here and it's doesn't look like the past I'd now like to welcome the CEO of super OPS arvine Party band thank you so much for joining me it's pleasure to be here this this is a big day for you this is the day that they announced that super Ops is now available through Pat's Marketplace talk to me about what that means for you as CEO and what that means for your business so we are the only PSA rmm platform in the marketplace right now so exclusively uh and officially we are the just one vendor uh unified platform in the marketplace today till now there have been more than 40 Integrations we have built the most requested integration is pack and it's officially now live and it's the first one available on a Marketplace at all exactly tell me how you feel that sets you apart in the marketplace and sets p8 apart as well the opportunity which it's going to create the potential it's going to create by integrating super Ops and px8 is like we're going to launch this thing called project Vision where msps can grow they can actually grow towards profitability and growth and also we can offer them Solutions which will help them grow that so it'll open up a lot of these tangents working with Pax we'll push those data to PX and it will help backside customers to grow better can you walk me through of how this came to be who approached who so uh it's a funny story right like when we were we were too small we were funded and everything when we first reached out pite was actually swarmed with all the Integrations one of our investors is March Capital so the funny story is uh Pate was started in their garage the CEO of March capital's garage so they are our investors we Clos our recent round series B round with them and Anan Fernandez joined at the same time so two sides one is the investors asking PX to work with us and Anan joining and he knows everybody in PX Anan is like a he a favorite uh influencer in the industry so both worked out well together and then we reach out and be we became the official for so Partners can go into the marketplace and find you right now yes so we are listed as a strategic partner in the premium Squad you will find super Ops you can ready to go you can sign up demos everything is on live
