Deloitte: Company Background

Like the other Big Four, Deloitte’s roots start in London in the mid-19th century. Over 175 years later, Deloitte is the largest accounting firm globally, with more than 330,000 employees and a reported revenue of $50.2 billion in 2021. The enterprise services provider also has over 700 office locations across 150 countries.

Through a series of mergers and acquisition activities in the latter half of the 20th century, the global network of member firms became Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited in 1993. In 2002, a large part of Arthur Andersen’s practices across Europe and the Americas merged with Deloitte.
