One of the biggest pain points for managed service providers (MSPs) is the need for improved visibility into their customers’ IT environments. They also want solutions that help manage complex network infrastructures.
A new solution recently announced by Continuum and Auvik delivers on both points. It provides a fully managed network infrastructure management solution that automatically identifies and monitors network devices and remediates network issues.
Continuum, a provider of a vertically integrated IT service delivery platform for MSPs, announced the availability of Continuum Network Management by Auvik. This is an extension of a previous partnership agreement that allowed Continuum’s MSP partners to purchase and manage Auvik through the Continuum ITSupport Portal.
This new product integration is supported by Continuum’s Network Operations Center (NOC), which is said to improve scalability and remediate a majority of alerts from network devices. Both MSPs and resellers often cite management of alerts as a big challenge.
According to one MSP partner, it provides the company with a more holistic view of its clients’ IT environments, while giving them access to a team of network engineers through the NOC. The result is a lower ticket count and the ability to focus on other tasks, such as cyber-security.
Other benefits cited by Continuum include “optimized profit margins, with on-demand network experts and a pay-as-you-grow model, and increased efficiency through centralized monitoring and management of client endpoints and networks.”
Continuum and Auvik provide a centralized ticket and alert management system with a single pane of glass for all network management systems and associated tools. That streamlines the whole process. MSP partners can purchase and manage Continuum Network Management by Auvik through the Continuum ITSupport Portal.
