Zenith Infotech spin off, Zenith RMM, has rebranded itself
with a name change to "Continuum," the company has announced, and has
introduced a service that pits it against Zenith Infotech.

In a prepared statement the company said the new name
"reflects its expanded vision, broader agenda and bolder promise to
current and prospectie partners," including a new back up and disaster
recovery offering provided for a single monthly price.

"The name Continuum embodies what this exciting new
management team is delivering to this industry: an impressive willingness to
listen to our needs and take quick, decisive action," said Tim Ancona,
president of Ticomix Inc., a Continuum MSP, in a prepared statement. "The
development of a unified MSP platform marks a turning point in managed
services. The unlimited cloud storage and unique capabilities with LogMeIn, all
for a fixed monthly fee, breaks through the unpredictable price barrier that
has eroded profitability when working with other vendors. This will completely
transform the entire industry as it is completely aligned with the MSP fixed
monthly recurring revenue model. We have already placed a significant order and
anticipate this backup offering accelerating our business growth."

The moves distances Continuum from Zenith Infotech which is
currently embroiled in a legal battle with investors after defaulting on
convertible bonds. Zenith Infotech sold its remote monitoring and management
operations to private equity firm, Summit Partners, five days after it
defaulted in $33 million in covertible bonds, triggering a call for immediate
payback of additional bonds for a total of $85 million. In the Zenith
RMM/Summit partners transaction, Zenith Infotech retained the back up and
disaster recovery business and cloud operation and also retained a minority
stake in the new company, Zenith RMM. Investors sued Zenith Infotech to learn
of the details of the sale of the RMM business to Summit Partners.

Continuum Vault, Continuum’s new BDR offering, is comprised
of four key components: Continuum Server/Desktop Vault, Continuum Vault BDR
appliance, Continuum Cloud Vault, and Continuum Remote Monitoring and
Management support.

The company said that the combination of Continuum Vault and
its RMM solution enables MSPs to offer device monitoring, management and
protection from a single, integrated Software-as-a-Service platform that is
tightly integrated with an its network operation center (NOC), enabling This
Continuum partners to easily monitor, manage, back-up and restore any Windows
server, desktop or laptop from a single Web interface.

In 2012, Continuum will add support for Linux Servers, Macs,
and mobile devices. The company also plans to expand the hours of operation of
its U.S.-based help desk to 24/7 starting in January 2012.
