“The managed services marketplace is rich with best practices for going to
market, communicating value with customers and aligning business models for
optimal return. MSP Spotlight will be a forum where members of this vibrant
community share their experiences and methods for achieving success in managed
services,” says Walsh.

The show will feature fresh, research-driven insights into managed services
trends, appearances by leading MSP practitioners and perspective by market
experts.

"MSP Spotlight" premieres Friday, Jan. 29 at 2 p.m. ET, and will be broadcast live from the MSPtv
studios in Pittsburgh. The
first show, “True Managed Services TCO,”
will explore how end users calculate the total cost of ownership for IT
investments and how to use managed services as a comparative benchmark for
savings. This episode will feature Ron Culler, the chief technical officer of
Secure Designs, and Ken Totora, vice president of worldwide sales and channels
at Heit.

Future installments will examine issues such as using regulatory compliance
as a selling tool, services marketing that resonates with end users, and
realigning and training sales teams for success in managed services.
