Logicals Inc., one of the largest solution providers in the United States, is promoting its two top executives as the company continues to explore growth and acquisition options.
Terry Flood, formerly chief operating officer, has been promoted to president of the company’s $500 million North American division. He takes over from Mike Cox, who was promoted to chairman of the North American division.
The promotions are effective March 1, when the company’s fiscal year kicks off.
Logicalis, Bloomfield Hills, Mich., which is a part of Logicalis Group in the United Kingdom, a division of Datatec Ltd., has embarked on an aggressive acquisitions campaign, completing two of them this year. The most recent was the purchase of Computech Resources, a $35 million IBM partner in Green Bay, Wisc.
Company executives are planning more acquisitions as the company seeks to hit the $1 billion mark in North America and plan to launch new services in the coming year.
