IBM and Synnex are ending their distribution agreement in the U.S. for IBM software as of Oct. 1st, 2009, which follows on an announcement last October that had the two companies parting ways over IBM System x products.

News of the end of the software distribution agreement between the two companies came after it was reported that IBM sent its solution providers an e-mail on Thursday that the agreement was coming to an end.
