GN Netcom appealed to the channel early this week with an announcement that it would tweak its Jabra Partner Program for North America in an effort to improve deal registration and learning programs and better support partners focused on Unified Communications.
The headset manufacturer has enrolled more than 200 channel partners since first launching its program a year ago. The newest updates will reflect several new deals GN Netcom has made with channel solution vendors.
First among them is a partnership with SyberWorks, a Waltham, Mass.-based learning management system vendor that will supply Jabra partners with new training tools that will now include curriculum dedicated to Unified Communications, as well as a new ROI sales tool designed to help partners communicate value-added benefit from Jabra purchases.
Additionally, GN Netcom also tapped San Diego, Calif.-based Computer Market Research (CMR) to develop a new deal registration program that will extend discounts and resources to productive partners.
"GN Netcom is committed to supporting our partners through a flexible and supportive program tailored to meet their needs," said Dave Grazio, director of channel marketing at GN Netcom said in a statement. "The new programs and tools available to partners will better equip them for generating increased market share and realizing incremental revenues."
