MSSP role in election security

AI-powered channel sales and marketing SaaS solutions vendor StructuredWeb recently announced a $30 million majority investment from Invictus Growth Partners to drive the company’s AI innovation roadmap.

Investment will impact product development and go-to-market strategies

“Channel sales has reached a critical turning point where AI is transforming how vendors and partners collaborate to drive demand and build pipelines,” said Daniel Nissan, the founder and CEO of StructuredWeb. “With Invictus’ support, we are poised to redefine the future of intelligent channel sales and marketing enablement– ensuring that great products succeed by clearly communicating their value to end customers through advanced, AI-driven marketing.”

StructuredWeb’s ChannelAI platform transforms how organizations work with their partner ecosystems through intelligent automation of the entire marketing communication lifecycle. The platform automates content creation and improves operational efficiency while personalizing content for each partner’s unique needs.

This investment from Invictus Growth Partners comes as StructuredWeb recently achieved a CAGR of over 50% over the past three years by enabling enterprises to transform their channel programs into high-performing revenue generators. The company’s AI-driven platform collectively generates over $100 billion of channel sales annually through more than 100,000 global channel partners.

“Artificial intelligence has transformed how enterprises scale their channel sales, which is often their largest go-to-market motion,” said John DeLoche, co-founder and managing partner at Invictus, in a press release. “StructuredWeb’s ChannelAI technology is leading the way by revolutionizing how enterprises market and collaborate with their partner ecosystems, delivering unprecedented efficiency and ROI. We look forward to working with Daniel and his team to help their customers scale their channel sales programs.”

According to the organization, this strategic investment will fuel several key initiatives, including:

  • Enhanced AI capabilities for partner engagement
  • An expanded global market presence
  • Accelerated product development
  • Strengthened customer success programs
  • Advanced analytics capabilities

StructuredWeb’s 2025 predictions

The news of this investment announcement comes on the heels of the company’s recent Channel Marketing 2025 Transformative Insights and Predictions report.

According to Nissan, the new era of AI isn’t just about supporting channel marketing, but about revolutionizing how we think about partner relationships and value creation as well.

StructuredWeb predicts that in 2025, the “clunky interface” of channel tech portals will be replaced by a more intuitive standard experience. Channel partners will be able to tell systems what they need as if speaking to a colleague, rather than sorting through menus and filters endlessly.

“AI is no longer just a tool for efficiency; it’s becoming the foundation of how channel marketers engage with their partners and customers,” Nissan said.

Additionally, the economic implications of the AI shift will be significant in 2025. Companies set to fully embrace AI will see dramatic improvements in their operations, according to the report. AI agents will be able to handle routine tasks with increased speed and accuracy, such as RFP responses, customer service inquiries, or sales process development.

“This transformation goes far beyond simple automation– it’s about fundamentally changing how we work, communicate, and create value,” said Nissan.
