Microsoft has continued to make investments in Microsoft Marketplace. And starting May 27, 2026, multiparty offers in Marketplace will be available across 30 European countries.

Through this expansion, partners will be able to collaborate more easily on deals, simplify transactions, and scale across borders.

Starting July 15, Microsoft will expand its offerings to Australia, Japan, and South Africa.

“The most successful technology transformations happen when partners work together to deliver measurable outcomes,” wrote Nicole Dezen, chief partner officer and CVP, Global Channel Partner Sales. “We have continued to invest in Microsoft Marketplace, creating a unified experience while expanding partner-led capabilities like resale enabled offers. Marketplace is how we co-sell together at scale.”

These multiparty private offers simplify how partners sell together and provide a way for publishers and channel partners to align on commercial structure and transact through Marketplace, enabling them to move faster on deals while simplifying the customer buying journey.

The offers give publishers a structured way to scale through channel partners and reach customers more efficiently, making it easier to expand into new geographies while staying aligned with local market buying expectations. This allows teams to remain focused on building differentiated products and scaling go-to-market through trusted partners.

The Marketplace provides a foundation for publishers and channel partners to go to market together and offers a single platform for Microsoft’s ecosystem to sell together.

“Customers want data protection, AI acceleration, and cyber resilience delivered through trusted partners. Expanding through multiparty private offers in Microsoft Marketplace allows Rubrik to seamlessly collaborate with European channel partners, aligning our data security and AI solutions with how customers prefer to buy,” said Chad Blackwell, vice president of International Channel and Alliances, Rubrik. “Through Marketplace, we look forward to reaching more organizations, accelerating joint engagements, and delivering stronger business outcomes.”

Among the features for publishers that multiparty private offers provide are:

  • Expansion into new markets using established partner networks and local expertise, without standing up country-specific processes.
  • Acceleration of deal velocity through streamlined partner collaboration and unified commercial terms.
  • The ability to scale go-to-market with partners who deliver end-to-end customer solutions.

Meanwhile, multiparty private offers enable channel partners to:

  • Strengthen their position as a trusted advisor, bringing comprehensive solutions to customers.
  • Focus on customer outcomes with streamlined transaction experiences.
  • Drive larger, more strategic engagements to co-sell with Microsoft.

“Customer expectations across Europe are continuing to evolve towards localized buying models and requiring faster outcomes,” said Sophie Daval, director, Hyperscalers Global ArrowSphere, Arrow. “The expansion of the multiparty private offers functionality in Microsoft Marketplace provides us with an additional way to quickly connect the right software, services, and partners in a single offer to support faster time to value for Microsoft customers.”

According to Dezen, the expansion to 30 European countries reflects a broader shift toward partner-led growth through cloud marketplaces.
