Pigment is launching an enhanced global partner program as it looks to scale its channel ecosystem, which already handles nearly 90% of customer implementations.
The launch comes as Pigment says its global partner ecosystem has grown nearly 30% over the past year.
Pigment Partner Network formalizes partner growth model
The Pigment Partner Network will be an enhanced global partner program that provides a clearer, more scalable framework for partners to build expertise, differentiate their capabilities, and grow their business with Pigment.
It will offer partners tiered resources and benefits, such as go-to-market support and product enablement, helping partners deepen their Pigment expertise and extend the platform’s value to customers.
The organization is also expanding its strategic partnership with Google and its presence across cloud marketplaces to accelerate growth, while developing independent software vendor (ISV) partnerships and integrations.
New leaders to expand alliances and technology partnerships
In addition to expanding its partner ecosystem, Pigment is appointing Katie Ecklund as Global Head of Partnerships and Alliances and Liana Shuma as Global Head of Technology Partnerships.
Ecklund will be tasked with leading Pigment’s global partnership strategy, focusing on expanding the ecosystem with a new ISV team, expanding partner-led growth, strengthening joint go-to-market programs, and helping partners build scalable Pigment practices.
Ecklund joins Pigment after nearly a decade at Snowflake – helping build and scale its partner ecosystem, of which Pigment is a part, and has recently achieved Select Partner status in the Snowflake AI Data Cloud Products Partner Program.
Shuma will join Ecklund’s team after eight years at Snowflake herself. While at Snowflake, she helped develop strategic technology partnerships and scale the company’s ISV and data partner ecosystem.
In her new role, Shuma will be charged with leading the expansion of cloud and technology partnerships as customers connect planning with their wider data and enterprise technology stacks.
These two new additions to the partner leadership team will boost Pigment’s consulting and technology ecosystems, helping customers plan for and adopt AI.
