TD SYNNEX is expanding its PartnerFirst digital platform with new lifecycle analytics, AI assistants, integrations, quoting tools, and a Services Marketplace, all designed to provide partners with greater visibility and automation throughout the customer lifecycle.

PartnerFirst adds lifecycle analytics and commerce tools

The lifecycle stage analysis with reporting by quantity and value is live for select vendors, including Microsoft and Cisco.

Personalized views tailored to internal data and to PartnerFirst reseller profiles are now live as well.

Further, partners gain new campaign management tools that enable targeted nurture communications and message tracking across both reseller and end-user audiences.

Direct integration with transactional systems allows users to seamlessly access agreement details and take immediate purchasing actions.

TD SYNNEX provides insights into close and renewal rates

Partners also gain opportunity reconciliation capabilities to deliver comprehensive performance insights, such as close rates, revenue retention, renewal rates, upsell success, and churn. This gives both TD SYNNEX and its partners the metrics they need to drive more informed decisions and accelerate growth.

Unified quoting is now available with a comprehensive dashboard and analytics for efficient reporting. Customers can also purchase and monitor renewals through a mobile app.

“Customer Lifecycle has quickly become the resource in PartnerFirst that I check most often,” said Taylor Roy, Owner of Atlantic Data Systems, an SMB reseller and early user of the new features.

“It unifies the lifecycle signals for two of the largest vendors. Customer Lifecycle helps me get a clearer picture of my opportunities across the many customers I support, so I can focus on growing instead of tracking deals across platforms,” Roy added.

Digital Bridge expands Salesforce and QuickBooks integrations

TD SYNNEX PartnerFirst Digital Bridge is also expanding its offerings, with connectors now live for Salesforce and QuickBooks Online.

These new integrations streamline workflows through real-time access to pricing, inventory, orders, and key lifecycle data.

The connectors have enabled integrations that deliver efficiency and operational excellence for the channel while reducing friction for end customers.

“We are seeing immediate impact on customer growth as they leverage PartnerFirst and Digital Bridge,” said Jessica McDowell, SVP, NA Marketing and Digital Success, TD SYNNEX.

“Customers that are regularly transacting across our digital offerings are seeing nearly 30% growth on average, outpacing customers not leveraging digital solutions. We know that optimizing features in PartnerFirst helps customers move deals earlier and close faster.”

AI assistants bring pricing and order data into partner workflows

TD SYNNEX PartnerFirst Digital Bridge is also helping advance the goals of TD SYNNEX’s Destination AI program by making AI more accessible and actionable within partners’ existing workflows.

Digital Bridge AI assistants are available in Slack now – after first launching in Microsoft Teams. The assistants provide real-time price and availability checks and, via Webex, help users check real-time price and availability, look up order status, find assigned TD SYNNEX contacts, and get vendor-specific answers backed by documentation.

QuoteSync, a new, streamlined quoting experience recently launched in Digital Bridge, enables customers to simplify quote conversion and reduce manual and duplicate entry by syncing PartnerFirst quotes and quote-specific details directly into their connected CRM or PSA.

Services Marketplace gives partners a new services discovery tool

Additionally, a new Services Marketplace is now available in PartnerFirst. It allows partners to discover IT services that complement their business through a single digital experience.

Partners can leverage AI-powered search via the Marketplace to find the right SKIs, evaluate offerings with detailed Service Briefs, and submit service inquiries directly in the platform.

They can also find integration, installation, managed services, and more within the Marketplace.
