ExtraHop, a modern network detection and response (NDR) provider, has expanded its partnership with Ignition, operating under Exclusive Networks, in North America.

Providing the ‘definitive’ intelligence layer for SOCs

According to ExtraHop, the expanded partnership with Exclusive Networks will make its NDR platform “more accessible than ever,” giving organizations real-time network traffic insights to strengthen AI-powered defenses and SOCs.

The company specifically sees the collaboration as a way to deliver the foundational context agentic SOCs need to operate with greater speed and precision.

“In an era of machine-speed attacks, a lack of network context isn’t just a gap, it’s a catastrophic blind spot that renders even the most advanced SOCs ineffective,” said Greg LaBelle, VP of Americas Channels, ExtraHop.

“ExtraHop restores the advantage to the defender, acting as the definitive intelligence layer for the autonomous, agentic SOC. Through our partnership with Exclusive Networks, we have access to a world-class global distribution network to put these capabilities into the hands of those who need them most. Every organization deserves this level of clarity, and together, we are making it the new standard.”

MSPs capitalize on expanded demand for AI-driven security operations

For MSPs and channel partners, the expanded agreement could increase access to NDR tools designed to improve visibility across customer environments.

As enterprises adopt more automated and AI-driven SOC operations, network telemetry is becoming increasingly important for identifying threats, validating alerts, and reducing response times.

The partnership also gives partners an opportunity to build managed security offerings around real-time network intelligence and SOC modernization.

Partnership builds on EMEA and APJ work

In an official press release, the two companies emphasized that the expansion builds on a successful history between them across the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) and APJ (Asia-Pacific and Japan) regions.

They noted that their previous collaboration has helped customers in those markets accelerate threat response times by eliminating visibility gaps, particularly within encrypted network traffic.

James Walters, vice president of vendor portfolio and alliances for North America at Exclusive Networks, echoed those sentiments, emphasizing the increased importance of network intelligence as cyber threats become more sophisticated.

“Globally, ExtraHop’s network intelligence has redefined how our enterprise customers detect and respond to sophisticated threats,” Walters said.

“As the threat landscape grows more complex, the value of intelligence only increases. By powering agentic security operations, ExtraHop delivers the exact outcome our North American partners and customers are looking for,” he added.

With the expanded partnership, the companies aim to help more enterprises neutralize threats across environments through real-time network traffic visibility and protocol-level insights, establishing what they describe as a “blueprint for modern network defense.”

Recently, ExtraHop launched new NDR capabilities that offered identity integrations, Kubernetes visibility, and EQL to power agentic SOC operations. Learn how these new features are setting SOC teams and AI agents up for success.
