Network automation vendor Wyebot announced recently it has joined the Zebra PartnerConnect program. The partnership will bring Wyebot’s Wireless Intelligence Platform to Zebra customers and give Wyebot access to Zebra’s portfolio, along with training, marketing, sales, and technical benefits.
“As a PartnerConnect member, Wyebot now has access to industry-leading solutions, training and tools that will allow us to collaborate with Zebra’s global partner network, broadening access to our WIP and providing customers with our proven solution,” said Roger Sands, CEO and co-founder of Wyebot. “The PartnerConnect program makes it easier for us to differentiate ourselves while working together with Zebra to give a performance edge to the front line of business.”
Wyebot brings network intelligence and AI automation together to address WiFi concerns
Wyebot creates solutions built to address WiFi-related obstacles, performance issues, and security issues before they disrupt the end-user experience. Its Wireless Intelligence Platform (WIP) is infrastructure agnostic. The platform utilizes multi-radio sensors and an AI-based engine to monitor, analyze, and automate responses to everything from security concerns to physical blockers of signal strength and more.
“We call ourselves WiFi experts intent on improving the end-user experience,” said Gerry Corriveau, the director of business development at Wyebot. “Some businesses are beginning to be really excited about being proactive with their network and potential issues, and they are customers we are excited to work with.”
Corriveau said that proactivity is automated through the use of Wyebot’s WIP, leading to reductions in time spent “firefighting” issues as they pop up and providing new layers of visibility into an organization’s network capabilities. The platform also allows users to gain insights without needing an on-premises presence to view the network first-hand. Corriveau said all this is built with the customer’s needs in mind.
“Our product fits into any market where Wi-Fi isn’t just a nice-to-have thing, it’s mission critical to an organization’s success.”
How the Wireless Intelligence Platform suits the needs of channel partners
Wyebot works primarily with MSPs in building channel relationships and sales motions. Corriveau said MSPs can succeed with Wyebot because the platform is built for disparate, spread-out work locations and needs, something MSPs are all too familiar with.
“I’ve been working with MSP customers for a little while now, and we’re all excited by what our platform can do for them,” Corriveau said. “With our AI-driven insights, we can give them insights beyond just the raw data, and they can think of us as a virtual engineer on their team.”
The platform’s access controls also make it easy for solutions providers to share direct access with their clients so every stakeholder can directly see any opportunities or challenges that arise. The solution also automates reporting for each of a partner’s clients, reducing time on administrative tasks so MSPs can turn their attention to other matters.
Zebra PartnerConnect is the latest of several partnership agreements
Wyebot has also partnered with Intel and Cisco this year to expand its reach and connect its technology with other products in the market. According to Corriveau, partnership is a deliberate strategy to reach more customers and develop practical use cases for its platform.
The Zebra PartnerConnect program is open to distributors, resellers, solution partners, independent software vendors (ISVs), systems integrators (SIs), and technology alliance partners, opening the door for Wyebot to serve more channel organizations in 2025.
