Productivity, collaboration and business applications provider Zoho Corp. announced its Invoice and Creator Helpdesk solutions are integrated with Google Apps, and are now available in the Google Apps Marketplace.

The company noted Creator Helpdesk is also available in the Zoho Marketplace, the company’s online store for business applications. Invoice is free for up to five invoices per month, and paid plans start at $8 per month, while Creator Helpdesk is free for two technicians, with paid plans for three technicians starting at $15 per month.

Invoice is an online invoice generation and tracking application that helps organizations send invoices for projects and customer expenses, receive payments and track the overall health of their business. Invoice users can coordinate the application from a single centralized place using Google Apps ID, and users do not need to remember multiple passwords and toggle between different systems to get their invoicing data. Companies can add users from their Google Apps account to their Invoice account, manage email notifications related to invoicing processes and import and get access to Gmail contacts from within Invoice.

Creator Helpdesk lets companies capture and track customer questions, issues and requests, and customers can submit requests via web form, email and mobile. Helpdesk automates request routing, defines SLA compliance, enables SLA escalations and gives a report view of what’s happening with the help desk, while an asset management solution provides an inventory of all the hardware and software assets in the organization. A web-based, searchable knowledge base acts as a knowledge-sharing medium and Users can customize helpdesk forms, fields, reports and the overall look and feel from a drag-and-drop interface.

“Zoho has received good traction in the Google Apps Marketplace with Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects resulting in hundreds of new companies signing up for those applications weekly,” said Zoho evangelist Raju Vegesna. “We’re now expanding our integration with Google to include our online invoicing and helpdesk applications. Going forward, we’re going to integrate other Zoho business applications with Google Apps – and make them available in the Google Apps Marketplace – based on our customers’ demands.”
