Enterprise cloud solutions provider AHEAD recently announced its acquisition of CDI, LLC, marking a leap forward for organizations seeking to expand their digital transformation initiatives. The acquisition brings together two of the market’s fastest-growing digital transformation specialists to create a powerhouse with over $3.7 billion in gross revenue and a workforce of over 2,500 employees across 40 global locations.

Strengthening AHEAD’s foothold in the northeastern U.S., the acquisition also enhances its international presence, particularly in India, where it boasts a team of more than 250 engineers and consultants.
