Nasuni recently joined the ranks of vendors announcing changes to their partner programs in the final stretch of 2024. The changes include introducing a tiered structure and an updated partner portal experience.
Nasuni brings data management to the hybrid cloud world
Nasuni’s enterprise data file platform addresses the issues unstructured data creates in hybrid cloud infrastructures. The cloud-native platform offers a way to consolidate data of various sizes and types across cloud infrastructure, including Azure, AWS S3, and Google Cloud. According to Nasuni, the platform offers scalability and agility in a world where data continues to grow in importance, and cloud adoption continues to increase globally. According to Gartner, the hybrid cloud market is forecasted to grow to $145 billion by 2027.
Two-tiered structuring and portal updates top the list of changes
The new program features two tiers, called Essential and Advanced, which will differentiate between partners who have a “clear and frictionless ability” to resell Nasuni’s solutions (the Essential tier partners) and those who have an “accelerated path to market” to build out a solutions practice with the company (the Advanced tier partners).
“We are fully committed to our partner-driven model as they are integral to our growth. This program is built with them in mind,” said Matthew Grantham, Head of Worldwide Partners at Nasuni. “The new tiering system and value-based incentives provide opportunities for partners of all sizes and capabilities to succeed alongside Nasuni.”
New incentives are also built to reward a partner’s actions beyond revenue and sales. The value-based model will recognize cloud certifications, go-to-market strategies, and software capabilities.
“As a partner-driven organization, many of Nasuni’s solutions are channeled through our partners, ensuring they are at the center of all sales engagements,” added Grantham. “The program’s resale model is designed to be marketplace-friendly, supporting our partners as they navigate the growing demand for hybrid cloud solutions.”
Additionally, Nasuni has updated its partner portal to include more resources and information in one place. According to the company, features of the portal include:
- Automated registration and onboarding processes
- Centralized training and certification resources
- Co-branding campaigns and streamlined Market Development Fund (MDF) requests
- Easy-to-navigate tier visibility for each partner
- Detailed reporting through comprehensive partner dashboards
- Synchronized Nasuni and partner organizational charts
- Account mapping functionality driven by the portal
