Dell says it will be launching a new blog to serve its partner community. According to Dell: “The blog will be a place where you can tell us what you think. I’ll also aim to get partners to post on the Channel Blog from time to time. Ideally the new blog will further connect our small business and channel partner communities.”

Dell added that partners can talk to each other through a message forum on its partner portal, a place where partners can “interact with each other, learn more about PartnerDirect and share ideas about improving the program.” And the company said that it will continue its series of external conversations with its partners.

Today on the partner forum, at least two partners were complaining that they weren’t getting any better pricing than consumers could get on their own from the Dell direct sales Web site.
