The leadership changes across the channel in August 2026 include several revamped executive teams.

NVIDIA made a move to enhance its own channel leadership team, as well as the organizations ConnectWise, Keepit, and Forcepoint.

Channel leadership spans AI, security, and more

NVIDIA appoints Monica Gille as VP of Global Partnerships and Channels

NVIDIA has named Monica Gille as its new VP of Global Partnerships and Channels.

Gille was previously with HPE for 25 years, serving in leadership roles including Vice President, Sales Strategy, North America for two years before being promoted to Vice President, Sales, Enterprise and Commercial, North America.

“I look forward to working closely with our incredible partners and channels to unlock new commercial opportunities and drive AI adoption across industries,” Gille wrote in a LinkedIn post.

Everpure names Craig Robertson EMEA, LatAm Partner Chief

Everpure, a storage and data management company, has appointed Craig Robertson as Head of Partners in EMEA & LatAm.

Robertson will lead Everpure’s partner strategy and execution in EMEA and Latin America. He will work closely with partners to drive mutual growth, expand marketing opportunities, and help customers unlock greater value from their data.

Diversified appoints Rob Mello as VP of Global Managed Services

Diversified, an audiovisual, broadcast, and digital experience integration organization, has named Rob Mello as Vice President-Global Managed Services.

Mello will lead the company’s new Global Managed Services practice, which brings its managed services capabilities together into a single organization.

Bringing over two decades of experience building and scaling technology-enabled services for global organizations, Mello previously held roles at NTT DATA, Orange Business Services, and IBM.

“We have an opportunity to move the managed services conversation beyond maintenance and support toward intelligence, optimization, and AI-enabled, continuous value creation,” said Tyler Affolter, CRO, Diversified. “Rob’s experience building global practices and AI-infused, market-leading offerings gives us the leadership to accelerate that shift and help define where the industry goes next.”

Infinigate names Sabine Hammer Regional VP for DACH

Infinigate Group has named channel veteran Sabine Hammer as regional vice president for DACH, tasked with leading the distributor’s operations and growth strategy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Hammer will succeed André Stark, who has led the DACH organization over the past two years.

“We are grateful to André for guiding the DACH team through an important period of development, and delighted to welcome Sabine as she leads the region into its next phase of growth,” said Marco van Kalleveen, CEO, Infinigate Group. “DACH is a key market for Infinigate, and we look forward to accelerating growth for vendors and partners as a leading cybersecurity VAD platform.”

Cloudwick names John Newson as VP, Alliances and Channels, EMEA

Cloudwick has named John Newson as Vice President, Alliances and Channels, EMEA, leading the company’s regional partner strategy from Cloudwick’s London office.

Newson brings more than 20 years of experience in technology roles in the UK government, including a decade at AWS.

“Having collaborated closely with John over the last 10 years while he built and led the UK Public Sector partner business at AWS, I have seen firsthand his exceptional ability to cultivate thriving partner ecosystems,” said Harshdeep Singh, GM EMEA at Cloudwick. “His deep understanding of public sector technology and his proven track record make him the perfect addition to our leadership team.”

Newson most recently served as Head of Public Sector Partners, UK&I, designing a partner strategy that built a community of software and consulting partners to deliver outcomes for UK government agencies.

Pigment adds Katie Ecklund and Liana Shuma to partner leadership team

Pigment has appointed Katie Ecklund as Global Head of Partnerships and Alliances and Liana Shuma as Global Head of Technology Partnerships to lead its newly established Pigment Partner Network.

Ecklund will lead Pigment’s global partnership strategy, focusing on expanding the ecosystem with a new ISV team, expanding partner-led growth, strengthening joint go-to-market programs, and helping partners build scalable Pigment practices.

Before joining Pigment, Ecklund spent nearly a decade at Snowflake, helping build and scale its partner ecosystem.

Shuma, meanwhile, will join Ecklund’s team and lead the expansion of cloud and technology partnerships as customers connect planning to their broader data and enterprise technology stacks.

Shuma also came over to Pigment from Snowflake, spending eight years there, and helping develop its strategic technology partnerships and scale the company’s ISV and data partner ecosystem.

Delinea expands APAC leadership team across sales, channel, and people

Delinea has made four new leadership appointments across the APAC market.

The new appointments include:

  • Shane Bellos as GM, ANZ, who will lead Delinea’s go-to-market strategy across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), driving business growth, deepening customer engagement, and strengthening Delinea’s presence in the region.
  • Barry Chen as Regional Sales Director, ASEAN, who is to lead Delinea’s go-to-market strategy across Southeast Asia. He will expand customer relationships, support regional growth, and ensure Delinea’s offerings align with the unique business, regulatory, and security requirements of ASEAN markets.
  • Jason Choong as APAC Channel Director, leading Delinea’s channel strategy across APAC, enhancing Delinea’s partner-first approach, and expanding its regional ecosystem.
  • Amy Sua as HR Manager, APAC, as Delinea’s first HR Manager in the region, leading people and culture initiatives across APAC. She will focus on talent acquisition, employee development, retention, and organizational growth.

These leadership moves are a part of Delinea’s strategy in “increasing regional investment and ensuring each market receives focused leadership tailored to its unique customer, regulatory, and partner dynamics.

C-suite moves across partner and vendor organizations

Hitachi Americas names Sameer Tikoo as Chief Growth Officer

Hitachi America, Ltd. has announced that Sameer Tikoo will be the organization’s new Chief Growth Officer (CGO). 

Tikoo will be charged with leading Hitachi’s growth strategy across the Americas, focusing on deepening strategic customer relationships, expanding public sector engagement, and aligning business development and strategic partnerships across Hitachi companies in the Americas.

“The Americas region is a strategic growth market for Hitachi, making strong growth leadership more important than ever,” said Charlie Takeuchi, President and CEO of Hitachi Americas.

“Throughout his career, Sameer has built high-performing teams, developed trusted client relationships, and delivered consistent business growth. Tikoo previously spent 18 years at GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group company, serving as Group Vice President and Global Head of the Communications, Network, and Cybersecurity business units. He also held engineering and leadership roles at Bharti Airtel, Hughes Software Systems, and Baypackets.

Avanade appoints Katy Brown to its Board of Directors

Avanade, a Microsoft expert, has appointed Katy Brown, President for the Americas Markets & Industries organization at Microsoft, to its Board of Directors.

Brown has been with Microsoft for three decades, and her appointment gives Avanade a board-level voice that understands that journey from the inside.

“Katy has spent her career helping organizations embrace new technologies and translate innovation into measurable business outcomes,” said Chris Howarth, CEO, Avanade. “Her experience, strategic insight, and deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem will be invaluable as Avanade continues to guide clients through the next wave of AI transformation.”

KnowBe4 appoints Andrew Kanzer as Chief Growth Officer

KnowBe4, a digital workforce security organization, has named Andrew Kanzer as CGO.

Kanzer will lead the organization’s global go-to-market strategy, commanding cross-functional alignment to accelerate sustainable market growth.

“Andrew has spent his career proving that global organizations can grow with the speed and disruption of a startup,” said Bryan Palma, CEO, KnowBe4. “His relentless drive and operational vision will be key as we extend our market leadership position.”

Kanzer has over two decades of experience in optimizing and scaling global software organizations, most recently serving as managing director at Xero, a global cloud accounting platform.

Prior to that, Kanzer led Intuit’s Mid-Market and Financial Services Sales organizations and held the VP of global SMB and mid-market sales position at PayPal.

ConnectWise names Craig Rones as CMO

ConnectWise, a software and services company, has appointed Craig Rones as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Rones will be tasked with leading ConnectWise’s global marketing strategy, brand, and demand generation.

Rones brings over two decades of experience scaling global technology, security, and services organizations.

Prior to joining ConnectWise, Rones served as CMO at LevelBlue and Trustwave, leading brand positioning and go-to-market strategies. He also held roles at NTT Data and Dell.

Optiv names Sean Forkan as CRO

Sean Forkan has joined Optiv, a pure-play cybersecurity company, as its new CRO, leading Optiv’s global revenue organization and go-to-market strategy, bringing together Optiv’s scale, cybersecurity expertise, and expansive partner ecosystem to deepen client relationships, accelerate growth, and capture new market opportunities.

Forkan is a sales and revenue veteran with more than 30 years of experience leading global sales organizations across cybersecurity, SaaS, hardware, software, and consulting.

“Sean is a proven growth leader who knows how to translate those advantages into greater value for clients and partners,” said Kevin Lynch, Optiv CEO. “He builds exceptional teams, embraces complex challenges, and understands that sustained growth starts with earning client trust. Ataccama finds new CEO in Martin Zahumensky

Data trust company Ataccama announced Martin Zahumensky as its next CEO, taking over for Mike McKee, who was appointed CEO in 2023 and is stepping down.

Zahumensky steps in as the organization focuses on helping customers to accelerate enterprise AI initiatives with trusted data.

“What our customers are asking for has changed,” said Zahumensky. “Two years ago, they wanted to know whether their data was clean, documented, governed, and mastered. Now they want to know whether that same data can safely fuel an AI agent. That is the harder problem, and it is also the bigger market opportunity.”

“My focus is clear: keep shipping, stay close to the customers who bet on us, and make sure that when an AI agent acts, enterprises can trust the answer because Ataccama is behind it.”

Gravyty adds new product + technology and marketing leaders

Gravyty, an AI-powered engagement solutions provider for higher education, has named Margaret Onisick Lawless as Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) and Brandon Stec as Senior Vice President of Marketing.

Lawless brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience in building software and technology solutions for education and mission-driven organizations.

She most recently served as CPTO at TeachTown, leading engineering, IT, curriculum, product management, marketing, and customer support.

As CPTO, Lawless will oversee Gravyty’s product vision and technology strategy, ensuring the delivery of innovative, AI-powered solutions that enable institutions to enhance engagement throughout the entire education lifecycle.

Stec brings more than a decade of experience leading marketing and growth strategies across education technology, nonprofit technology, and professional sports to Gravyty. He most recently served in marketing leadership roles at Frontline Education.

In his new role, Stec will lead Gravyty’s marketing and growth strategy, brand, demand generation, communications, and go-to-market initiatives.

Kenny Johnston named CPO at Azul

Azul, an enterprise Java for an AI-first world, has appointed Kenny Johnston as Chief Product Officer (CPO).

Johnston will lead product strategy and execution across Azul’s AI-first Java platform – Azul Prime, Azul Core, Azul Intelligence Cloud, Azul Payara Micro, and Azul Payara Server.

Johnston previously served as chief product and technology officer at Luciq, an agentic AI observability platform built for enterprise mobile app teams, leading global product, design, customer success, and engineering functions, delivering agentic capabilities such as SmartResolve and Agentic Mode.

He was also senior director of product management at GitLab and director of product management at Rackspace.

“Kenny’s track record of scaling enterprise product organizations to build products that address business-critical use cases makes him exactly the right product leader as AI reshapes the performance, security, and cost demands of every enterprise Java estate,” said Scott Sellers, co-founder and CEO, Azul.

Tricentis names Erika Dean as CISO

Tricentis, an agentic quality engineering organization, has announced the appointment of Erika Dean as CISO, leading the organization’s global security strategy, overseeing enterprise cybersecurity, compliance, and product security, and ensuring Tricentis’ software meets the security needs of enterprise customers.

Dean has over two decades of cybersecurity leadership experience across the financial and technology industries. She previously led security programs at Robinhood and Capital One, focusing on protecting organizations while enabling business growth, fostering customer trust, and strengthening resilience.

Further, Dean will focus on supporting the Tricentis Agentic Quality Engineering Platform, strengthening software supply chain security, and advancing governance and cyber resilience.

Forcepoint names Vincent Merlin as CMO

Forcepoint, a global AI data security provider, has named Vincent Merlin as CMO.

Merlin will be in charge of the company’s global marketing across brand, demand generation, product marketing, and analyst relations.

He joins Forcepoint from Proofpoint, where he spent 10 years in senior marketing leadership roles and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Global Growth Marketing.

“Trust used to be a posture, and it is becoming a deliverable for the agentic enterprise: every AI interaction with data governed, every decision recorded, every time,” said Windham. “The next decade won’t be won by organizations using the most AI. It will be won by those that never lost control of it. Vincent’s global go-to-market expertise will help our customers and partners see what command of AI makes possible.”

Merlin also held prior global and regional marketing leadership roles at AVEVA, Dell EMC, and RSA.

C3 appoints Boryana Borisova as VP of Product

C3, a cybersecurity and compliance provider serving the Defense Industrial Base, has named Boryana Borisova as vice president of product, a newly created role.

Borisova will be charged with leading the strategy, roadmap, and market direction for C3’s product portfolio, including the C3 CMMC Reference Architecture, C3 Command, and C3 Catalyst.

She brings with her six years of experience in the CMMC ecosystem. Prior to joining C3, Borisova held technology leadership roles at BDO Public Sector, working in cloud operations, cybersecurity compliance, and CMMC implementation.

“Bory brings deep technical expertise, firsthand CMMC implementation experience, and a clear understanding of how compliance must work across the entire business,” said Ryan Heidron, CTO, C3. “That combination in a product leader is rare, and it is what will let us turn what customers face in the first into products that are practical, scalable, and defensible.”

Resolve AI names Jason Forget as President & CRO

Resolve AI has appointed Jason Forget as President and founding CRO, overseeing the company’s global commercial organization as the company brings AI for production to more enterprises.

Forget has over 20 years of experience in building and scaling enterprise software companies. He most recently served as President and CRO at Cockroach Labs, leading global go-to-market strategy and execution across sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, support, and revenue operations.

“Resolve has proven it can deliver measurable value in complex production environments where enterprises need AI most,” said Spiros Xanthos, co-founder and CEO of Resolve AI. “As customer demand grows, our next phase is about turning that momentum into broad enterprise adoption. The appointment comes as Resolve AI recently launched Resolve AI Labs to advance the domain-specific models and agentic systems required to operate complex production environments.

Auvik taps Daniel Ochoa as CRO

Auvik, an AI-driven IT management platform provider, has named Daniel Ochoa as CRO.

Ochoa joined Auvik in June 2025 and has since helped transform the company’s go-to-market approach and deliver growth.

Prior to Auvik, Ochoa served as CRO at Automax and spent nearly 12 years at SolarWinds, leading sales leadership roles across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.

“Daniel combines extensive channel expertise with a disciplined approach to building high-performing teams and scalable growth engines,” said Doug Murray, CEO of Auvik. “As we continue bringing new Auvik AI capabilities to market, his leadership will be instrumental in helping customers and partners realize greater value from our platform and driving Auvik’s next phase of growth.”

Further, Ochoa will oversee the full scale of Auvik’s revenue organization, focusing on strengthening channel partnerships, accelerating cross-sell and upsell across Auvik’s expanding platform, and growing Auvik’s presence in North America.

Tropic names Justin Etkin as CEO

Tropic has appointed co-founder and COO Justin Etkin as the company’s new CEO.

This move is part of the planned executive succession, with co-founder David Campbell continuing to serve as Chairman of the Board and remain an active advisor to Tropic.

As a co-founder with Campbell, Etkin has helped shape Tropic’s product vision and design the solution that brings its proprietary spend and negotiation intelligence directly to customers.

“From the beginning, Dave and I believed that technology buyers deserved the same level of data, intelligence, and leverage available to sellers,” said Etkin. “We built Tropic’s services business to solve customers’ immediate procurement challenges while creating a differentiated intelligence foundation.”

Slalom finds CAIO in Dan Garrison

Dan Garrison has been named the new Chief AI Officer (CAIO) of Slalom, a global business and technology consulting company.

Garrison will be tasked with accelerating progress and unlocking even greater value from the company’s unique capabilities, partnerships, and market expertise.

Garrison will also work directly with customers and partners to deploy AI responsibly, scale what works, and create lasting enterprise impact. He’ll also work on Slalom’s overall AI strategy and vision, bringing together the company’s talented capabilities, markets, and technology partnerships teams to move from AI ambition to execution. 

“AI is reshaping how organizations compete and create value, and our customers love Slalom because we don’t believe in a one-size fits all AI approach,” said Brian Turner, Slalom’s Chief Capability Officer and Executive President of Partnerships.

Garrison previously spent 30 years at Accenture, most recently serving as Chief Technology Officer for Accenture Song, guiding technology strategy, innovation, acquisition integration, and large-scale transformation across a global business.

Argentum AI names Rosanne Kincaid-Smith as COO

Argentum AI, an independent provider of enterprise-grade GPU and power infrastructure, announced that Rosanne Kincaid-Smith will be the company’s new COO.

Kincaid-Smith has over 20 years of experience scaling global technology, data & analytics, and AI businesses. She most recently served as Group COO of Northern Data Group, a listed AI and HPC company.

“Rosanne is an exceptional executive with a proven history of leading complex global organizations and delivering operational excellence,” said Andrew Sobko, Founder and CEO of Argentum AI. “As Argentum AI continues to scale globally, her leadership, experience, and execution capabilities will be instrumental in building one of the world’s leading AI infrastructure platforms.”

UltraViolet Cyber appoints Andrew Park as CISO

UltraViolet Cyber has named Andrew Park its new CISO.

Park was previously with Unix, spending nearly two decades in Unix administration and automation before adding scripting, programming, DevOps, and cloud skills. He also spent four years at AWS as a cloud infrastructure architect, solutions architect, and cloud security consultant, advising enterprise customers on secure cloud adoption.

Additionally, Park spent five years as CISO of a Canadian crypto exchange.

Park was a client prior to joining UltraViolet Cyber. He ran five or six engagements with the organization before his final year at the exchange.

Anthro Energy taps Celina Mikolajczak as Board Advisor

Anthro Energy, a next-generation battery technology company, announced the appointment of Celina Mikolajczak as a Board Advisor.

Mikolajczak will advise Anthro Energy’s leadership as the company advances its proprietary electrolyte technology and scales commercialization and manufacturing of next-generation lithium-ion batteries.

“Celina is one of the most respected technical leaders in the battery industry, and her experience spans the full journey from fundamental cell development to manufacturing at massive scale,” said David Mackanic, CEO and Co-founder of Anthro Energy.

“She understands not only what it takes to push battery performance forward, but also the safety, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements necessary to turn promising technology into a commercial product. Her perspective will be incredibly valuable as Anthro scales products and works with partners across the battery ecosystem,” Mackanic added.

Additionally, Mikolajczak is a Licensed Mechanical Engineer and has previously held senior technical and leadership roles at Exponent, Tesla, Uber, Panasonic, QuantumScape, and Lyten.

Apollo announces Mark Sieglock as CPO

AI go-to-market system, Apollo, has named Mark Sieglock as Chief Product Officer (CPO). 

Sieglock will be tasked with leading Apollo’s product strategy, design, research, and engineering organizations.

“Mark is one of the most talented product leaders I’ve encountered,” said Matt Curl, CEO of Apollo. “He has built and scaled through category-defining shifts, and he understands what this moment represents for Apollo. We’re building an AI GTM system that brings data, intelligence, and execution together so every business can find and win customers. Mark has the product vision, technical depth, and customer obsession to help us build that future.”

Sieglock previously served as a product executive at eero, and he will draw on that experience to advance product strategy aimed at moving GTM beyond siloed systems and manual workflows.

AVEVA appoints Brock Ballard as CRO

Industrial software organization AVEVA has appointed Brock Ballard as CRO, effective October 1.

Ballard will succeed Sue Quense, who will step down into an advisory role.

Ballard, with over 20 years of senior leadership experience in technology sales, joins from Bently Systems, where he served as Vice President and Regional Executive, Americas before being named CRO of Bentley.

“I am delighted to welcome Brock to the Executive Leadership team at AVEVA, where we will benefit from his expertise, experience, and commitment to building successful, high-growth tech companies,” said Casper Herzberg, CEO, AVEVA. “Brock’s engaging approach sets him apart in our sector, and I look forward to working with him to drive the next phase of AVEVA’s growth.”

Quense will be stepping back from her full-time executive commitments into an advisory capacity and will work closely with Ballard during the transition.

Spinnaker Support names Rex Young as CIO

Third-party software support provider, Spinnaker Support, has appointed Rex Young as Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Young will be tasked with leading the company’s global technology strategy as Spinnaker expands to meet demand for support for Oracle, SAP, VMware, and PostgreSQL.

Kamiwaza AI finds new CRO, VP of operations and finance, and federal field CTO

Kamiwaza AI, a secure AI orchestration platform, has announced three new members to its leadership team to enhance the organization’s ability to help government and enterprise customers turn AI investments into measurable impact.

John Drake joins as CRO, Joseph Infantino joins as Vice President of Operations and Finance, and Daniel Davenport joins as Federal Field CTO.

Drake will lead Kamiwaza’s global revenue strategy and go-to-market execution, aiming to strengthen its engagement with and support for its customers to help them expand their access to secure AI orchestration and sustainably scale their AI environments.

Infantino will lead the operational and financial functions supporting the organization and its customers as deployments scale.

Davenport will be a senior customer-facing technical executive for Kamiwaza’s federal business unit, working with federal customers and industry partners to develop mission-aligned AI architectures and secure deployment patterns across cloud, on-premises, edge, and classified environments.

ProCircular expands leadership team across cybersecurity, AI, and Business Ops

Cybersecurity firm ProCircular has expanded its leadership team across AI and cybersecurity R&D, defensive security, governance, risk and compliance, customer service, and business operations.

Jim Sherlock will be Vice President of AI and Cybersecurity R&D, leading research and development for the firm’s AI and cybersecurity tooling, including multi-agent systems applied to offensive security, threat intelligence, and incident triage.

Tim Lansing serves as Director of Defensive Security Operations, leading and directing ProCircular’s Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) Security Operations Center, Incident Response, and Security Engineering teams to protect and support customers.

Andrew Chipman is serving as Director of GRC & Information Security Officer, leading governance, risk, and compliance practice, helping set the direction and strategy for existing and newly developed GRC services and products.

Andy Roethler will serve as a customer service manager for the firm, managing client relationships and leading client experience and retention efforts.

Rachelle Sieverding, who rejoined ProCircular in May, will be a Controller helping to oversee ProCircular’s accounting operations and financial reporting, covering everything from accounts payable and receivable to general ledger, payroll, and month-end close.
