NVIDIA has appointed Monica Gille as VP of Global Partnerships and Channels. Gille recently departed HPE after 25 years.
In a LinkedIn post, Gille said that her new role would focus on “accelerating the enterprise AI and software stack business adoption.”
“I look forward to working closely with our incredible partners and channels to unlock new commercial opportunities and drive AI adoption across industries,” Gille wrote.

Gille, meanwhile, joined HPE in 2000 from StorageTek, which is now owned by Oracle. Here, she started as a European storage architect and competence center manager. She then moved on to various sales management and director roles in Switzerland and Western Europe.
She later moved up within the HPE ranks, taking on the role of Vice President, Sales Strategy, North America for two years, before a promotion that positioned her as Vice President, Sales, Enterprise and Commercial, North America.
Gille’s last few years at HPE saw her take on the role of Vice President, Sales, Enterprise and Global Accounts.
NVIDIA expands its ecosystem to meet AI demand
NVIDIA’s channel focus is evolving from resellers to AI infrastructure partners as it embraces the emerging technology.
Recently, the organization teamed with BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, and other Wall Street firms on a plan that could mobilize over $500 billion for AI compute over time.
The company continues to invest heavily in its alliance relationships, frequently working with AI developers, infrastructure providers, and cloud computing giants as it scales globally.
For channel partners, virtually anything NVIDIA does these days has broader implications, as the company’s technology forms the backbone of much of the equipment they procure and the AI-driven services they seek to provide.
