Stellar Cyber has formalized its existing channel relationships with a new partner program tailored to the needs of its MSSP partner base.

MSSP Infinity Partner Program targets profitability through security

Stellar Cyber says the program and the company, broadly speaking, are built around a 100% partner-centric philosophy. It delivers comprehensive support, training, and resources to optimize SOC performance and enrich the partner experience.

Within the program, partners can expect the following:

  • Accelerated Onboarding with a structured, organized approach. This includes a customized migration plan to the Open XDR platform and extensive online training in AI-driven security operations to ensure a smooth and efficient deployment.
  • Extensive Sales Enablement to support partner business development and sales teams in growing their services business. This includes tools and resources for prospecting, competitive intelligence, highlighting technical benefits, and emphasizing differentiation to help partners effectively position and expand their service offerings.
  • The Stellar Cyber Partner Portal is filled with valuable resources, including detailed information on the deal registration process, marketing materials, and content to empower MSSP sales teams in driving business development.
  • Flexible licensing and billing options align with MSSPs’ goals, which concentrate on profitability by balancing operational costs with capital expenditures.
  • A Technical Account Manager (TAM) to enhance MSSPs’ SOC team success and platform satisfaction by providing personalized support, expert adoption guidance, and strategic insights.

Stellar Cyber has worked with and for MSSPs worldwide for several years, but this program is a further commitment to that market.

“Stellar Cyber is transforming partner enablement by combining its single-license, unified Open Security Operations platform with the powerful Infinity Partner Program to deliver a seamless, high-impact partner experience,” Jeff Hill, the senior director of Americas service providers and MSSP at Stellar Cyber, told Channel Insider. “This integrated model bridges open infrastructure—fueling provider innovation—to deliver value-added, differentiated services. Infinity is an actionable, easy-to-consume framework that unifies streamlined onboarding, comprehensive training, continuous enablement, and go-to-market execution into one cohesive journey.”

New program aims to grow existing partner base

Hill says the company’s Stellar Open XDR platform already powers 14,000 customers served through Stellar Cyber’s partner base, and the company now wants to further commit to mutual success with those partners.

“We launched our JumpStart program 3 years ago. It’s been widely successful to bring us to where we are today. What we have learned on this journey was how to ‘ do better,’’ Hill said.

“Infinity is our idea of a market-leading partner program. It’s not just tech, it’s not just business, it’s not just working hand in hand to help all boats rise, it’s all of these melded into an actionable program that is easy to consume. And it’s something we know we can scale.”

For Stellar Cyber partner BlueAlly, the open platform fills a need in the security market for its internal teams and clients.

“Stellar Cyber consolidates multiple security tools (SIEM, SOAR, NDR, UEBA, etc.) into one platform. This eliminates blind spots, improves visibility across environments (cloud, on-prem, hybrid), and reduces alert fatigue,” BlueAlly SVP of Services Jason Schroeder told Channel Insider. “We gain centralized control with automated correlation of events, making it easier and faster to detect and respond to threats.”

Schroeder and other partners praise the open-ecosystem approach that Stellar Cyber takes to the market.

“With Stellar Cyber, we are not locked into one ecosystem. Instead, you can strengthen your existing stack and improve ROI independent of the client infrastructure. It allows us to deliver tailored, value-driven reporting and services while keeping costs and complexity down,” Schroeder said.

Partner program joins security alliance in key announcements of 2025

The new MSSP program follows a recent announcement made by Stellar Cyber of its Open Cybersecurity Alliance. The collaboration is another sign of the company’s commitment to enabling partners to deliver services and solutions not tied to one ecosystem.

The Stellar Cyber Open Cybersecurity Alliance Program unifies participants’ entire technology stack through Stellar Cyber’s Alliance Ecosystem, creating a dynamic and open ecosystem of best-in-class cybersecurity solutions easily managed via the open security operations platform.

“We fundamentally see a shift in the market where enterprises are looking more and more for outside help with cybersecurity. They may have a core cybersecurity team, but they still want to augment the team with outside expertise,” said Hill. “MSSPs bring this knowledge from advisory services, to IR to pen testing and blue teaming, to 24×365 SOC services.”

Hill told Channel Insider that the company’s goal for 2025 is to see the Infinity program reach more MSSPs globally and enable its partner base to scale with the platform, ultimately driving more revenue and long-term success.

“As for why the Infinity Partner program interests us—it’s about alignment.  The program reflects strong enablement, transparency, and a vision for growth that aligns with our business goals, that’s compelling,” Schroeder said. “I’m especially drawn to programs like this that offer hands-on collaboration, strategic input opportunities, and clear paths for growth and advancement within the partnership. It shows they’re not just looking for resellers—they are looking for true partners.”
