SentinelOne has named LevelBlue its exclusive global delivery partner for Wayfinder services, expanding the managed security provider’s role in delivering AI-powered threat detection, threat hunting, and incident response services to organizations worldwide.

Announced October 21 at SentinelOne’s OneCon 2026 conference, the agreement combines SentinelOne’s Singularity security platform and Wayfinder portfolio with LevelBlue’s global security operations and incident response teams. The companies will also expand joint go-to-market efforts into new regions and emerging markets.

The expansion marks the companies’ third major partnership agreement in 2026 and reflects growing demand for managed security services that combine AI-driven detection with human expertise to investigate, contain, and remediate cyberattacks.

LevelBlue and SentinelOne expand partnership for third time in 2026

In March, SentinelOne named LevelBlue a preferred global provider for MDR, managed SIEM, and incident response services. In August, the companies expanded their relationship again when LevelBlue became SentinelOne’s premier remediation partner for Wayfinder Frontier AI Services.

That earlier agreement focused on helping customers prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities discovered through AI-powered security assessments.

The latest partnership extends LevelBlue’s role into global delivery of Wayfinder’s broader managed security portfolio, including threat hunting, incident readiness, and response.

“For SentinelOne, it’s about scale and reach. As the world’s largest pure-play MSSP, LevelBlue brings global security operations, threat hunting and frontline incident response to put Wayfinder’s human-led defense in front of more organizations, in more countries, including new regions and emerging markets,” LevelBlue Chief Strategy Officer Sundhar Annamalai told Channel Insider in an email interview.

“For us, delivering Wayfinder globally complements our existing leadership… and deepens a partnership that’s already working for customers.”

AI-powered security still requires human expertise

The partnership also reflects a broader shift in how managed security services are delivered as AI accelerates both cyberattacks and defensive operations.

SentinelOne’s Wayfinder portfolio, introduced in November 2025, combines AI-powered detection, managed threat hunting, and incident response services with human security practitioners.

Annamalai said that combination is increasingly important as organizations struggle to respond to threats quickly enough.

“AI has changed the speed of both attack and defense. Attackers move in minutes, and AI now lets defenders detect, investigate, and respond at machine speed,” Annamalai said. “But speed alone doesn’t resolve an incident. Someone still has to validate what matters, decide what to do next, and stand with the customer when the pressure is on.”

Through the expanded partnership, LevelBlue will provide around-the-clock expertise across endpoints, cloud workloads, identities, and AI environments, helping customers move from automated detections to coordinated incident response and recovery.

What the Wayfinder agreement means for MSPs and MSSPs

The agreement underscores the growing importance of operational scale and specialized security expertise as AI-driven cybersecurity tools become more sophisticated.

SentinelOne has also been expanding its relationships with other channel providers, including an AI-powered managed security strategy announced with ConnectWise in August.

For MSPs and MSSPs, these developments point to increasing competition around managed security outcomes rather than technology deployment alone. Providers must determine how to combine automation, threat intelligence, and experienced security personnel into services customers can rely on during active incidents.

Annamalai emphasized that LevelBlue’s deeper relationship with SentinelOne does not change its vendor-agnostic approach. The company’s Indigo Security Platform integrates more than 1,100 technologies.

“Customers should be able to choose the platforms that fit their business and count on LevelBlue to protect them across all of it,” he said.

For channel providers, that flexibility remains an important consideration as customers increasingly operate across multiple security platforms while expecting consistent detection, response, and remediation capabilities.
