On the heels of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025, Accenture announced the launch of its new AI Refinery for Industry to correspond with the event. The refinery will begin with a collection of 12 industry agent solutions to assist enterprises with rapidly building and deploying a network of AI agents that can enhance its workforce, address industry-specific challenges, and drive business value faster.

Refinery helps businesses jump on the agentic train more effectively

These industry agent solutions are codified with business workflows and industry expertise. They will work to accelerate the deployment of specialized, multi-agent networks ready to be customized with an organization’s data. Accenture AI Refinery will power these industry solutions and can reduce the time to build and derive value from agents from months or weeks to days.

The first 12 industry agent solutions will be available by the end of next month and Accenture has plans to expand to more than 100 AI Refinery for Industry agent solutions by the end of the year.

The industry agent solutions address critical challenges that include:

  • Revenue growth management for consumer goods and services: Agents can automate key decision processes related to promotional activities to maximize revenue across product lines and markets, directly contributing to growth.
  • Clinical trial companion for life sciences: AI agents can work with patients and clinicians to personalize trial plans, outline tasks and requirements from start to finish, and provide guidance and motivation throughout a patient’s clinical trial journey. They can also be trained to answer trial-specific questions in real time, offering clarity, support, and a seamless experience, all while reducing participant drop-out rates and driving greater success and value in clinical trials.
  • Asset troubleshooting for industrial operations: By integrating real-time data, signal correlation, automated inspections, and actionable recommendations, advanced multi-agent systems can help maintain operational excellence by reducing downtime, enhancing decision-making, and transitioning autonomous maintenance from reactive to proactive.
  • B2B marketing: AI agents will provide strategic insights, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making which will in turn assist marketers with delivering faster, smarter, and more consistent campaigns. The agents can centralize cultural, client, competitor, and company data to craft relevant marketing strategies, and provide insights on program performance, sales growth opportunities, and future planning optimization.

“The launch of AI Refinery for Industry represents an expansion of the platform and our collaboration with NVIDIA– which helps clients convert raw AI technologies and tools into scaled enterprise AI systems– providing a foundation to accelerate agentic functionality and reimagine functions and industry processes,” said Lan Guan, the chief AI officer of Accenture. “Our new industry agent solutions will empower organizations to conceptualize agents and quickly prove their value, hitting the ground running on day one as a network of digital teammates.”

The announcement represents an expansion of the impact of the Accenture NVIDIA Business Group and its collaboration with NVIDIA to bring AI to enterprises globally.

Late last year, Accenture and NVIDIA expanded their partnership with a new AI platform to scale enterprise AI. Read more about how their partnership helps organizations rapidly scale AI adoption.
