Syncro and CyberFOX Partner to Boost MSP Security & Efficiency

Syncro partners with CyberFOX to integrate AutoElevate PAM into its RMM/PSA platform, boosting MSP security, automation, and operational efficiency.

Syncro, a platform provider for mid-sized managed service providers (MSPs) and IT departments, recently announced a strategic partnership with CyberFOX, a global cybersecurity software provider, to strengthen MSP security operations and enhance efficiency.

CyberFOX’s security solutions now integrate with Syncro’s RMM/PSA

Through this partnership, CyberFOX’s advanced privileged access management (PAM) solution, CyberFOX AutoElevate, will integrate directly into Syncro’s Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) and Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform.

“Our partnership with Syncro is another step forward in our mission to provide MSPs with simple, effective security tools that integrate seamlessly into their daily workflows,” said CyberFOX co-founder and CRO, Adam Slutskin. “By joining forces, we’re helping MSPs increase security without sacrificing efficiency or budget.”

The partnership enables MSPs to leverage CyberFOX AutoElevate within Syncro’s platform, offering enhanced security without complicating day-to-day operations. This helps combat evolving cyber threats without hindering operational workflows.

The key benefits of the integration include:

Enhanced automation: CyberFOX AutoElevate enables Just-In-Time (JIT) Admin Login to reduce the risk of shared admin account credentials and save technicians’ time.
Maximized MSP efficiency: The integration automates security processes and simplifies access control to enable MSPs to operate more effectively and scale services with ease.
Strengthened security posture: Minimizes the risk of breaches by enforcing least privilege access and eliminating credential sprawl.

The integration of the two companies is now available through the Syncro App Center, providing MSPs with immediate access to enhance security and automation features.

Syncro Network Discovery expands network management capabilities

Before this integration, which enables the integration of CyberFOX’s PAM and AutoElevate solutions into Syncro’s RMM and PSA platform, Syncro recently announced a new feature designed to efficiently manage network assets built into their RMM and PSA tools.

The solution, Network Discovery, was designed to assist MSP admins, technicians, and internal IT teams in streamlining operations by eliminating the need for third-party scanning tools. This solution is offered to Syncro’s Team Plan users at no additional cost.
