Moovila, a leading AI-driven project automation platform for MSPs, recently announced its integration with Autotask PSA to bring real-time visibility, automated project timelines, and advanced project risk detection to Autotask customers.

Moovila now offers three PSA integrations for MSPs, aims to automate workflows

Moovila Perfect Project will now integrate natively with three major professional services automation (PSA) tools– ConnectWise PSA, HaloPSA, and Autotask PSA. Expanding the capability across these three PSAsextends Moovila’s project management solutions to more MSPs and helps them optimize project workflows within their existing PSAs.

Some of the key benefits of the Autotask integration include:

  • Instant project portfolio visibility to gain real-time access to project statuses, task dependencies, and potential bottlenecks.
  • Automated timeline updates for improving accuracy and reducing manual edits via automatic timeline adjustments.
  • Advanced risk detection and management to identify potential risks and delays before they escalate, allowing for proactive issue resolution.
  • Comprehensive features to streamline reporting with precise, accurate data that aligns with Autotask PSA’s platform for a unified view.

“The Moovila Autotask Integration is a breakthrough for Autotask customers looking to transform project management efficiency and client satisfaction,” said Mike Psenka, CEO and founder of Moovila. “Our focus has always been on empowering MSPs with solutions that streamline project workflows and deliver unparalleled forecast accuracy. This integration provides Autotask customers greater control, enabling them to manage complex projects with greater efficiency and confidence.”

Moovila cites the Autotask integration as a key milestone in their strategy for expanding its reach across the PSA market and making its solutions fully accessible to a growing number of MSPs. The company addresses common challenges by delivering the automation and insights that lead to better project outcomes and sustainable growth with each new integration.

“Our latest integration marks an important step forward for both Moovila and Autotask customers,” said Zoey Cole, VP of Integrations at Moovila. “Autotask users now have access to the same level of automation and project insights that our ConnectWise and Halo customers have benefited from. Our continued focus on advanced integrations shows our customers that we are committed to providing a unified solution for MSPs, regardless of the PSA platform they use.”

Moovila’s portfolio of PSA integrations

Moovila has continued to develop more integrations to allow users to bring simplicity to managing projects. Through continually adding integrations, Moovila is working to save service providers time, avoid schedule mishaps, and help deliver projects on time and within budget.

One of the latest integrations introduced earlier this month involves the ConnectWise PSA. The Smart Schedule tool that is featured in the Moovila Perfect Project platform combines time commitments for all projects, ConnectWise service tickets, calendar appointments, and other features into a single pane of glass.

According to ConnectWise, “once you use Perfect Project to build out projects and integrate with ConnectWise PSA, the past chaos of managing your project portfolio begins to lessen. Behind the scenes, an intelligent engine works 24/7 to monitor details and recommend better project execution.”

Moovila’s expanding portfolio of PSA integrations is aimed at helping MSPs to automate project timelines and work plans to ensure data consistency across platforms, keep project schedules accurate and up-to-date, and maintain customer relationships.
