Ingram Micro is making an all-in-one point-of-sale (POS) solution tailored for retailers available to its reseller customers in the U.S..

The SecurePOS SMB Bundle provides retailers with end-to-end data encryption of cardholder information that begins when the customer swipes a credit card. Available now through the Data Capture/POS Division now, the bundle includes technologies like the HP rp3000 Point of Sale System, the MagTek MagneSafe Card Reader and Uniforce Technology software, as well as technology from other vendors like Cherry Electronics, Citizen, Planar and Payment Processing.

The differentiator with this bundle is its focus on security and data encryption, said Marc Rachiele, director of marketing and vendor management at Ingram Micro’s Data Capture/POS Division.
