Quiq, an agentic AI platform, has named channel veteran Jim Tennant as global channel chief. The move indicates Quiq’s investment and confidence in its partner ecosystem.

”We are seeing a groundswell of interest from channel partners, especially for Voice AI,” said Mike Myer, CEO of Quiq. ”Jim’s addition to the Quiq team elevates an already strong team to world-class.”

Tennant takes charge of Quiq’s global partner strategy

As global channel chief, Tennant will be in charge of the following:

  • Accelerating partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth
  • Expanding strategic alliances, advisory firms, global systems integrators, distributors, and technology partnerships
  • Delivering predictable revenue opportunities through joint go-to-market execution
  • Providing enablement, support, and ecosystem collaboration
  • Helping customers transform customer experience with agentic AI at enterprise scale

Jim Tennant’s global leadership experience

Tennant has over 25 years of experience in building partner organizations across enterprise software, customer experience, AI, and cloud ecosystems.

Most recently, he served as VP of channels at Observe.AI, where he scaled the company’s global partner ecosystem. Before that, he led channel programs at Replicant, helping expand strategic alliances with enterprises.

He also held senior channel roles at Talkdesk and other cloud communications organizations.

”Partners don’t want another AI vendor with a good demo. They want a platform they can confidently put in front of their clients, deploy, and maintain for the long term,” said Tennant.

”That’s what drew me here. Quiq already has large enterprises solving real-world issues in production, which is a rare thing in this market right now. The team has already built real momentum, and my job is to make sure every partner sees Quiq the way our customers already do,” he added.

Quiq platform enables agentic AI deployment

Quiq is a platform that makes it easier for enterprises to launch, customize, and control AI agents across the customer journey.

It creates solutions to enable positive customer experience (CX) across channels and between AI agents and humans. Quiq’s AI Studio enables enterprise brands to get ”best-of-build” with control and customization and ”best-of-buy” with expert support, security, and scalability.

Verified Intelligence adds AI governance controls

Quiq recently launched Verified Intelligence, a set of capabilities meant to give brands the controls required to deploy and operate agentic AI with confidence.

The solution combines guardrails that protect every customer interaction, simulations that prove AI behavior before it goes live, and step-by-step visibility into every decision the AI makes.

”The brands that get AI right are the ones that never had to choose between innovation and control,” said Myer. ”Verified Intelligence is how we make sure our customers never have to make that tradeoff. You get agentic AI that acts, and a control layer that makes sure it acts correctly.”
