Delinea, a runtime identity security platform governing humans, machines, and AI agents, is launching a new partner program to drive partner profitability.

Delivering AI-powered enablement to the channel

The Delinea Partner Advantage Program provides partners with a comprehensive framework to deliver identity security technology, protected discounts, and ease of doing business.

The program is meant to address channel pain points identified from partner input, including margin erosion, channel conflict, and ambiguous rules of engagement.

Partners are provided with a clear, structured path to deliver identity security outcomes to customers and provide a foundation for predictable, profitable growth.

Focus on scale and partner alignment driven by AI enablement

The program offers three core tenets: Protect, Align, and Scale.

Key features of the program also include:

  • AI-driven enablement: AI-powered just-in-time training and certifications that deliver the right content in the correct moments in the sales cycle alongside an AI-powered partner portal.
  • Channel autonomy: Streamlined processes, tools, and automation that remove friction from the full quote-to-case journey, enabling partners to spend less time navigating vendor complexity and more time selling.
  • Codified rules of engagement: Clear, published deal registration, teaming protections, and Earned Incumbency discounts to ensure partners who invest in building and expanding customer relationships are protected on renewals and rewarded for their ongoing contribution.

Additionally, the program offers three tiers, each structured to reflect the depth of engagement and unlock the right level of access, investment, and support:

  1. Elite for leading at scale.
  2. Premier for growing practice depth.
  3. Select for building expertise.

“Partners don’t care about your partner program,” said Scott Goree, senior vice president of channel and alliances at Delinea. “They care about technology that works, protected discounts, and a vendor that’s easy to work with. We built this program around what partners told us they actually need.”

Delinea targets AI and identity security demand

The partner program is designed to capture growth opportunities in AI and identity security. Delinea’s 2026 Identity Security Report found that 92 percent of organizations expect AI “to amplify identity-related threats in coming years.”

It also highlighted that 42 percent of organizations say AI expansion has already increased non-human identity risk in the past 12 months.

“The Delinea Partner Advantage Program reflects a strong commitment to building successful, long-term partnerships,” said Mark Thornberry, SVP Partnerships, GuidePoint Security. “The program provides a clear framework that supports how we work together in the market, while recognizing the value partners bring through the customer relationships we cultivate and support.”
