One of Australia’s most significant regional MSPs and consultancies, Novigi, has further deepened its managed services capabilities with the acquisition of 360 Managed.

Novigi announced via a press release that 360 Managed has been acquired for its expertise in managing organizational information security with robust regulatory requirements.

As reported previously in Channel Insider, the Australian channel is going through a period of consolidation as companies in strong financial positions are turning to acquisition to build capabilities and skills in areas of key demand, such as security.

Australia is in a deep skills crisis in cyber security, making it a particularly appealing opportunity for partners. With Gartner anticipating AI services spending lifting by 7.2% next year, many MSPs are viewing now as the right time to develop a growth mindset.

Novigi is based in Wollongong, south of Sydney. It employs more than 260 staff and has been recognised in the AFR Fast 100 growth company lists in both 2022 and 2023. It will likely be on the next list as well, with the company announcing record growth in 2024.

Part of that growth has come from acquisitions, with QMV Solutions joining the group in February of this year, and now 360 Managed adding further to the revenue balance sheet.

“This year, we embarked on a critical next phase of expansion, driven by a sharpened focus on managed services,” Novigi CEO, Ash Priest, said in a statement. “Our ambitious growth goal to become a $100 million business requires us to build momentum in our distribution model, generate demand in new segments, and strengthen our existing pipeline.

“Bringing 360 Managed on board not only uplifts our managed services offerings to better meet the evolving needs and requirements of regulated entities, but also reinforces our position as the leading data and technology partner in Australia’s superannuation and wealth management sectors, ensuring sustained and stable growth.”

In addition to its acquisitions, earlier this year Novigi announced three new appointments to its leadership team, as reported by Channel Insider.
