Apica, provider of telemetry pipelines for observability platforms, is making significant upgrades to its global partner program.

Updates to program include incentives, onboarding support, and more for resellers

The program enhancements include new incentives, streamlined onboarding, and expanded support for resellers and referrers.

“Our partners are essential to Apica’s growth and innovation. With this upgraded program, we’re doubling down on our commitment to help partners succeed, whether they’re selling, referring, or integrating Apica solutions,” said Matt Wilkinson, Chief Operating Officer, Apica. “The new structure offers more flexibility, higher commissions, and better support to meet the demands of modern observability and performance monitoring.”

Program partners will benefit from increased commissions, simplified contract management, and be able to market and sell Apica’s full suite of observability solutions, including Flow, Fleet, Lake, and Observe.

How the program’s expansion enables Apica to support new partner types

Apica’s Global Partner Program was originally launched in 2022 to support resellers, MSPs, and technology integrators. Now, with these updates, the program includes enhanced tracks for resellers and integration partners, with tailored benefits and responsibilities.

According to Apica, the partner value proposition is as follows:

  • Increased commissions: Partner will receive a percentage on ACV for new expansion product sales, a percentage on ACV for renewals, and a percentage on Apica Professional Services fees.
  • Flexible engagement models: Partners will have access to a Reseller Track to sell and support Apica services directly, as well as a Technology Integration Track to provide qualified leads and earn referral fees.
  • Streamlined contracting and onboarding: Partners will have access to simplified order forms and pricing; an annual subscription model with automatic renewal; and dedicated partner manager support.
  • Technical enablement & support: Access to extended support packages; training and certification options; and co-branded marketing materials and sales enablement resources.
  • Full access to Apica Ascent Suite: Partners will be able to market and sell Flow, an intelligent telemetry pipeline; Fleet, an agent lifecycle management solution; Lake, storage with InstaStore; and Observe, a synthetic monitoring, advanced data orchestration, and MELT data management solution.

Apica doubles down on channel-led growth

Apica’s Partner Program was designed to support resellers and referrers with tools, incentives, and resources to grow revenue and deliver Apica’s observability solutions to customers. Partners receive onboarding assistance, technical training, extended support options, and co-branding marketing materials through the program.

Recently, Apica signed Bull Horn Technologies as a new partner and closed a deal with Nationwide TDO via IBM. The company is part of the IBM reseller program.
