TD SYNNEX is adding more communications firepower to its partner ecosystem through a new partnership with BCM One, bringing voice, network services, and white-label UCaaS into the mix.

Through the agreement, partners can now offer Pure IP’s global voice and network services alongside SkySwitch’s white-label UCaaS platform. It makes it much easier to integrate communications into everything without adding more moving parts.

That’s been one of the bigger hurdles for a while.

Smoothing out the telecom snag

Telecom has been a tough add for many IT providers. Not because customers aren’t asking for it, but because of everything that comes with it. Taxes, regulations, and compliance requirements vary by region.

It can add up and get weird fast, making it harder to include voice solutions in a broader offering.

This partnership with TD SYNNEX and BCM is meant to lean directly into that problem. BCM One shoulders the compliance and tax burden, allowing partners to deliver communications services without having to build that expertise themselves.

“We remove one of the biggest barriers to growth – taxation and compliance, so TD SYNNEX partners can stay focused on scaling their business and unlocking new revenue opportunities faster than competition,” said Bryan Sheppeck, chief revenue officer, BCM One.

This red tape removal will allow partners to move beyond recommending telecom services and instead include them as part of a full-stack offering.

Expanding the partner stack

For TD SYNNEX, the move adds another layer to what partners can bring to customers. The distributor already connects vendors across hardware, software, and cloud.

Communications is becoming harder to separate from the rest of that stack as businesses look for more integrated ways to support employees and customers.

The partnership also aligns with the (somewhat) still-growing focus on recurring revenue. Communications delivered as a service fits neatly into that model, adding another predictable revenue stream alongside existing offerings.

“BCM One’s communications and collaboration SaaS-based model delivers recurring, predictable revenues for the life of the account, which provides both growth and stability for partner businesses,” said Marcie Stout, vice president, Google, Cloud Marketplaces & ISV Alliances, TD SYNNEX.

A broader route to market

For BCM One, the agreement expands its reach beyond direct and agent channels.

Plugging into TD SYNNEX’s partner network gives it access to resellers, service providers, and system integrators that are already embedded in customer environments.

That matters more as communications and collaboration tools become part of everyday IT conversations rather than a separate category.

The end result is less about introducing something entirely new and more about making an existing piece of the stack easier to deliver.

Voice and UCaaS are by no means new markets. But removing the friction around how they are sold and supported could change how often they show up in deals.

TD SYNNEX has been steadily expanding deeper into services-led and AI-focused offerings, including broader investments around cloud marketplaces, AI infrastructure, and partner enablement. This BCM One deal fits into that larger pattern. The distributor is clearly trying to make more complex technologies easier for partners to actually package and deliver without having to become experts in every layer themselves.
