Dropzone AI has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with QBS Software to bring its Agentic SOC platform to managed security service providers (MSSPs) and value-added resellers (VARs) across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Exclusive distribution agreement targets MSSPs and VARs with agentic SOC capabilities

The partnership expands access to Dropzone AI’s autonomous security operations technology through QBS’ channel ecosystem, giving partners new opportunities to help customers address growing security alert volumes and persistent cybersecurity talent shortages.

At the center of the platform is Dropzone AI’s AI SOC Analyst, an autonomous agent designed to investigate security alerts end-to-end using customers’ existing security tools.

According to the company, the technology is already deployed at more than 300 organizations and integrates with existing SIEM, SOAR, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and case management platforms rather than replacing them.

AI-powered SOC platform aims to help partners scale security services

For MSSPs and VARs, the companies position the partnership as a way to expand managed security operations without increasing analyst headcount at the same pace.

Dropzone AI says its AI agents can investigate alerts around the clock, allowing providers to onboard customers more quickly, improve service-level agreement (SLA) performance, and shift analysts toward higher-value incident response activities.

“Security teams are under immense pressure to scale operations, meet increasingly stringent SLAs, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining resilience against rising alert volumes,” said Brett Candon, vice president of international at Dropzone AI.

“Through this partnership with QBS, Dropzone AI will extend its reach to both MSSPs and VARs across EMEA.”

Channel partners target growing demand for AI-driven security operations

The agreement reflects continued momentum for agentic AI in cybersecurity, as vendors increasingly position autonomous AI agents to augment security analysts rather than replace them.

Tom Corrigan, chief revenue officer at QBS Software, said the partnership addresses a growing challenge facing the channel.

“MSSPs need to scale SOC services efficiently in a market where skilled security analysts are in short supply, while VARs need differentiated solutions that help customers modernize in-house security operations,” Corrigan said.

“By bringing category-defining AI SOC capabilities to our partner ecosystem, we’re supporting growth, improving service delivery, and helping partners deliver stronger customer outcomes.”

The companies said the partnership supports multiple customer deployment models, including fully managed SOC services, co-managed security operations, and in-house SOC environments, as partners look to meet rising demand for AI-assisted cyber defense across the EMEA market.
