StructuredWeb has announced the launch of AssistantAI, an advanced new feature of its flagship ChannelGPT platform, which will leverage the latest in GenAI technology to streamline communications workflows for global vendors and their partners, enabling faster, smarter, and more effective communications across the channel ecosystem.

StructuredWeb, which provides an enterprise-grade through-channel marketing automation (TCMA) platform, sees AssistantAI as the next phase of innovation for channel communication.

“By combining automation with AI-driven insights, we’re giving our users a tool that not only enhances productivity, but also ensures that their messaging is precise, impactful, and tailored to their audience,” said Daniel Nissan, founder & CEO of StructuredWeb.

How AssistantAI works for customers

According to StructuredWeb, the first-in-market AssistantAI will allow users to seamlessly interact with critical business communications assets and marketing data through intuitive, natural language queries.

Users can ask questions and receive accurate, actionable responses in real time, in addition to AssistantAI suggesting next steps through insightful calls to action, enhancing productivity by expediting decision-making. The assistant will also provide reliable sources for rapid verification within a secure environment that protects sensitive business information.

In a conversation with Channel Insider, Nissan explained that AssistantAI simplifies communication by allowing service providers to understand and communicate product information effectively and is a purpose-built platform to meet the needs of the customer, as opposed to a general AI tool.

“You can create different assistants,” said Nissan. “You can create assistants for your employees, you can create assistants for your partners. Or maybe you have partners that are distributors and you don’t want to give them a general assistant, you want to give them a specific assistant trained to help distributors represent your product with MSPs. So, you can create an assistant for a specific function.”

AssistantAI’s effectiveness in streamlining communication workflows increases when it is focused on specific tasks, allowing for better quality results and fewer issues. Defining the scope, providing expert content, and setting guardrails are all key to achieving successful results with AssistantAI.

“AssistantAI is a significant addition to StructuredWeb’s ChannelGPT, providing a practical and powerful tool that enhances vendors’ and partners’ go-to-market collaboration,” said Larry Walsh, CEO and chief analyst at Channelnomics, a channel strategy and advisory firm. “With its AI-driven capabilities, AssistantAI will drive more efficient results by streamlining communication and accelerating marketing efforts across the channel ecosystem.”

Key features of AssistantAI on the ChannelGPT platform

AssistantAI integrates with other tools on the ChannelGPT platform– CreateAI, EditAI, TranslateAI, RecommendAI, and CampaignAI– which provides a more conversational and efficient user interface.

ey features AssistantAI offers include:

  • Content Generation: Automatically producing high-quality channel communications assets– including emails, website resources, social media copy, sales video scripts, and more. AssistantAI offers predefined templates and customizable instructions to ensure each piece of content is tailored specifically to user needs.
  • Simple and accurate translation: With AssistantAI, users can effortlessly create and localize content for diverse global audiences, ensuring that any communications asset is accurately tailored to specific regions and languages. It enables vendors and partners to expand their reach and engage effectively with international markets by breaking down language barriers.
  • Campaign recommendations: AssistantAI provides campaign strategy suggestions based on the users’ inputs, including recommendations for target audiences, content types, and engagement tactics, which will save time and ensure market effectiveness.
  • Automated content planning: The solution simplifies the process of planning marketing campaigns by generating strategies, recommending actions, and creating the necessary communications assets.
  • Product and service education: AssistantAI allows partners and vendors to quickly gain insights into products, services, and marketing strategies, allowing for faster learning and decision-making.
  • Seamless collaboration: Vendors can configure and manage AssistantAI for their partners, enabling easy access and enhanced collaboration within the channel ecosystem.

The tool has been well-tested, ensuring data security and compliance. StructuredWeb Chief Revenue OfficerSteven Kellam noted that the purpose-built nature of the AI tool, from a security perspective, ensures that a customer’s knowledge stays where it should stay.

The AssistantAI, StructuredWeb says, is not a general-purpose platform, but rather a specifically designed tool for the channel, leveraging AI to improve efficiency and personalization. With its extensive knowledge of AI– which dates back to before it was trending as much as it is today– StructuredWeb has “built a platform tailored to the channel’s needs.”
