Frank Rauch, a channel veteran with over 20 years of experience in direct sales, channel leadership, and strategy, is joining Morphisec as an Advisory Board Member.
Rauch joins as Morphisec doubles down on MSSP strategy
Morphisec, a provider of prevention-first cybersecurity and anti-ransomware protection, will leverage Rauch’s expertise to enhance its partner-driven growth strategy, with a focus on managed security service providers (MSSPs).
“Morphisec’s commitment to excellence, execution, and success aligns perfectly with my passion for driving growth and building exceptional teams,” Rauch said in a press release. “From the moment JVP (Jerusalem Venture Partners) introduced me to Ron Reinfeld, Morphisec CEO, I knew this was a great fit. The company’s prevention-first approach to cybersecurity and its dedication to channel partnerships are unmatched, and I am excited to join the team to help catapult its progress to the next level.”
Rauch’s channel and enterprise sales expertise will be a significant asset to Morphisec, helping to enhance their partner ecosystem and deliver value to MSSPs and their customers.
Rauch announced his retirement from the channel in January 2025, following a career of leading channel programs at companies such as VMware, HP, and Cato Networks. Since then, Rauch has stayed active as a channel advocate and recently joined the board of AccessIT Group.
“Frank’s appointment is a significant milestone for Morphisec as we continue to build the industry’s best Anti-Ransomware cybersecurity platform,” said Reinfeld. “His unparalleled expertise will be instrumental in driving out partner-led growth and helping us scale globally.”
Morphisec’s channel push
Prior to adding the prowess of an experienced channel leader to its advisory board, Morphisec was making strong moves to expand its footprint in the channel.
In May, the organization expanded its KICKSTART Channel Program, an initiative to enable MSSPs, value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, systems integrators, referral partners, and technology partners.
The channel program offers a partnership framework that is “easy-to-navigate and highly rewarding,” and combines support, incentives, and access to Morphisec’s Anti-Ransomware Assurance Suite.
MSPs and MSSPs joining the program receive the benefit of high margins with low competition, scalable, advanced endpoint protection, AMTD-backed defenses against ransomware, zero-day and fileless attacks, starter kits, flexible billing, and full onboarding/offboarding support.
“In today’s threat environment, security service providers and their customers can no longer afford to rely solely on detection and response– prevention must be a core pillar,” said Reinfeld. “With the expansion of our Channel Program, we are deepening our commitment to continued innovation and also making industry-leading protection accessible to the organizations that need it most. We’re proud to equip our partners with proven solutions that stop ransomware in its tracks and redefine the future of cybersecurity.”
According to a new study by Barracuda, businesses are relying more heavily on MSPs for security needs and are willing to pay more for premium AI, integration, and 24/7 support. Read more about this study and what it means for MSPs.
