Zyrion is making Traverse BSM available to channel partners, marking an expansion of its channel partner program. As such, the company is looking to expand the number of channel partners it works with.

According to Vikas Aggarwal, president and CEO, Zyrion is focusing on the U.S. market initially with the launch of Traverse BSM into the channel, and it’s looking to recruit several partners this year.

"Our goal is to target about 10 to 12 partners this year in the first year, a manageable amount of people that we can go out and work with and make sure they’re successful. We have about four or five partners signed up right now," Aggarwal said.

The type of partner who would be a good fit for Zyrion and the Traverse BSM product is those who are likely Cisco Gold partners or storage vendors, he said. It’s the type of partner who is focused on serving medium and large enterprises, and has the ability to talk to director-level and higher people.
