Sherweb recently launched Rewst, an orchestration and automation platform for MSPs, in its marketplace to automate repetitive, time-intensive tasks for Sherweb’s MSP partners and help them enhance efficiency and docs on growth-driven initiatives.

Sherweb, a cloud marketplace and distributor, introduced the Rewst platform to assist MSPs facing growing workloads, stretched resources, and the need to deliver consistent, high-quality service. The platform helps address challenges like these through automation processes such as ticket triaging, user onboarding/offboarding, Microsoft 365 management, and password resets, which the company says will save MSPs over 300 hours per month and minimize errors.

“At Sherweb, we understand that MSPs need more than just products– they need solutions that simplify their operations and amplify their impact,” said Benji Germain, the VP of product at Sherweb. “Rewst is a game-changer for partners seeking to overcome operational bottlenecks, enabling them to shift focus to growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term success.”

The Rewst platform includes over 60 pre-built integrations, including Sherweb itself and other tools available in Sherweb’s marketplace, such as Microsoft 365, Acronis, Bitdefender, and SentinelOne. Sherweb’s MSP partners can use Rewst to orchestrate end-to-end workflows across these available tools, boosting operational efficiency, consistency, and client satisfaction.

“Even before this partnership, we were seeing growing demand from MSPs to integrate Sherweb into Rewst workflows,” said Charlie Tomeo, CRO at Rewst. “Now, MSPs have the flexibility to purchase Rewst through Sherweb’s marketplace as well as automate purchasing and reconciliation of Sherweb licenses using our platform. The potential business value for MSPs is substantial.”

Rewst’s low-code/no-code interface is tailored to various-sized MSPs. It allows for easy workflow customization without requiring technical expertise. According to Sherweb, it eliminates manual workflow bottlenecks and allows MSPs to deliver better customer results while maintaining lean, efficient operations.

Sherweb’s recent partner news

Earlier this month, Sherweb announced a new collaboration to boost MSP cybersecurity.

The partnership is with Check Point Software Technologies, a security vendor, that will launch two new cybersecurity solutions: Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration and Check Point Harmony SASE to secure the workspace.

“By introducing Check Point solutions to our marketplace, we’re empowering MSPs to meet today’s evolving security challenges with innovative, scalable solutions,” said Germain. “These additions reflect our commitment to helping partners streamline operations, enhance client security, and unlock new growth opportunities with confidence.”

The solutions will help MSPs counteract cyber threats, including phishing, malware, and business email compromise. Harmony Email offers seamless integrations with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace and ensures MSPs can offer clients unmatched protection and operational efficiency without disrupting existing workflows.
