IT
infrastructure management services provider NetEnrich announced the launch of
Cloud Practice, designed to support IT solution providers that have or want to
build a full portfolio of cloud computing solutions aimed at small to
medium-size businesses. The Cloud Practice uses NetEnrich’s Service Delivery
framework to remotely manage IT application stacks and databases within
private, public and hybrid cloud environments.

Solution
providers can use the company’s Cloud Practice to develop their own cloud
managed services business, or deliver ongoing managed services for aggregated
network, software and other hosted cloud services from vendors or distributors,
such as those launched last week at the Ingram Micro Cloud Summit event.

NetEnrich
cloud services are delivered via the company’s "Closet to Cloud"
Service Delivery Framework. The Framework provides solution providers with "single
pane of glass" access to an end client’s infrastructure and business-critical
applications. The fundamental technologies that power this framework include
the company’s Services Gateway (NSG) and agent technology, enabling the remote
management of any IT infrastructure that exists within a traditional data
center (or closet), on-premises at any office location or provisioned from a
cloud environment.

NSG
provides agentless deployment with built-in discovery capabilities to identify
infrastructure and application instances, track and record actions performed,
and report on the standardized operating procedures (SOPs) required. In
addition, NetEnrich provides ISO 27001-certified Network Operations Center
(NOC), 24/7, 365 days per year, with the capability to perform ITIL-based SOPs
and full remediation with root cause analysis.

"When
managed services are added to a cloud solution sale, it ensures 24/7 management
of critical applications and gives the solution provider instant new recurring
revenue, which translates to compounded profitability within a matter of
months," said NetEnrich CEO Raju Chekuri. "Solution providers play a
vital role in bringing cloud services to fast-growing small-to-mid-market
enterprises—a segment that is virtually untapped when it comes to operational
IT and managed services. All they need is a comprehensive portfolio of services
and a credible IT operations back office with the confidence and experience to
fully manage larger, more complex IT infrastructures.”

NetEnrich
partner Stratalux, a solution provider based in Southern California, leverages
the Cloud Services Practice in its "Platform-as-a-Service" model.
Among the services provided by Stratalux are hosted virtual data centers and
cloud managed services. Stratalux also offers a suite of professional services
for building cloud environments.

"NetEnrich
allows us to quickly scale and provide cloud-based managed services around any
hosted infrastructure that we build," said Jeremy Pryzgode, CEO and
founder of Stratalux. "One of the things we appreciate most is their
ability to work behind our brand, while leveraging their service experience and
technical team to provide all of the management."
