Jan 18—IBM said it agreed to acquire Toronto-based Net Integration Technologies Inc, a privately held provider of business server software services for small businesses, without disclosing any financial details.

The acquisition of Net Integration, whose server software is designed for businesses with limited or no in-house technical resources, is expected to close in the first quarter of 2008.
