The enterprise software division of Mitsogo Inc., Hexnode, recently launched Hexnode UEM MSP, a solution designed for MSPs with advanced device management capabilities across multi-tenant environments.

The solution will be incorporated into the Hexnode MSP partner program, allowing managed service providers to efficiently manage client devices.

Hexnode aims to simplify the complexities of multi-tenancy

Hexnode UEM MSP addresses fragmented complexity as a single, comprehensive platform that simplifies multi-tenant management. At the same time, MSPs strive to manage IT infrastructure and end-user systems for multiple clients remotely.

The centralized interface of the solution allows MSPs to oversee multiple client accounts and focus on high-quality service delivery.

The functionalities of the solution include:

  • Polycentric Dashboard: Access and manage all customer accounts through a single, intuitive portal. The Hexnode Accounts feature ensures secure access for technicians to authorize UEM instances using robust authentication mechanisms. The system also includes an activity timer to enhance security that automatically logs out users after inactivity periods, and reduces the risk of unauthorized access.
  • License Management: Allocate and manage licenses efficiently across client devices with integrated billing capabilities to streamline payments. A dedicated license dashboard streamlines billing by enabling efficient license management for all accounts from a single, convenient location.
  • Role Assignments: Define technician roles such as Admin, Billing Manager, Apps and Reports Manager, and Reports Manager for clear work boundaries and eliminate overlaps. The structured role system ensures that each technician operates within their defined responsibilities, preventing misalignments that could disrupt daily operations.

“Hexnode’s rapid advancements in MSP-focused technologies will play a pivotal role in transforming how businesses manage multi-tenant environments,” said Rachana Vijayan, chief marketing officer and director of sales & partnerships at Hexnode. “This launch reflects our continued dedication to building our MSP partner program, adding a vital new dimension that empowers partners to scale their client management.”

Hexnode MSP partner program expansion

Hexnode is seeking to expand its partnerships in the channel. It will provide partners with advanced endpoint management solutions designed to meet evolving needs.

The Hexnode UEM MSP solution complements the MSP program’s endpoint management offerings that enable MSPs to scale their client ecosystems while maintaining operational efficiency.

The solution works to scale with growing client bases and eliminates the hassle of juggling through multiple portals. Further, with the Hexnode MSP partnership program, MSPs can boost their endpoint management portfolio and expand service offerings, reinforcing their position as reliable IT service providers.

The Hexnode MSP Partner Program offers a suite of client device management tools, including multi-tenant management, remote monitoring and management, patch management, and other multi-platform capabilities to empower partners in enhancing their service portfolio. Hexnode invites prospective partners to join its ecosystem through collaborative growth and achieve mutual success in the channel.

Hexnode is one of several organizations expanding capabilities to foster MSP growth in Q2 of 2025. Read more about DNSFilter’s acquisition of Zorus, combining both platforms to provide a comprehensive security solution.
