Recently, Dataminr announced a strategic partnership with World Wide Technology (WWT), an IT solutions provider, to enhance security operations through a unified, AI-powered decision-support system and a next-generation SOC experience.

WWT and Dataminr expand ongoing partnership

Already an Elite Solution Provider in Dataminr’s Partner Network, WWT will help customers access Dataminr’s real-time, AI-driven insights.

“This partnership brings together two organizations deeply committed to innovation and operational excellence,” said Ted Bailey, CEO and Founder, Dataminr. “Dataminr’s AI platform acts as a real-time decision support system, while WWT’s unique integration and delivery capabilities ensure that customers can fully realize its value– from the SOC to the boardroom.”

Further, Dataminr and WWT will build a unified cyber-physical platform, an integrated approach to managing digital, physical, and operational threats in real time.

The collaboration will provide customers with a living lab to explore, test, and scale next-generation preemptive cybersecurity capabilities through WWT’s Advanced Technology Center (ATC). The ATC will serve as a launchpad for secure, converged predictive threat intelligence driven by Dataminr’s AI, which is built on over 12 years of data and 50 proprietary LLMs.

“WWT is constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible through AI and digital transformation,” said Jim Kavanaugh, CEO and Co-founder, WWT. “Partnering with Dataminr helps us elevate our ability to deliver an end-to-end, AI-enabled security platform that meets the complex challenges our customers face today– and prepares them for what’s next.”

Organizations can now unify cyber, physical, and third-party risk intelligence through this collaboration across a common operating picture. Context Agents will provide a novel Agentic AI capability that adds real-time context around breaking events, risks, and threats. These Context Agents will launch in April 2025 and empower security teams to detect and respond to high-impact events faster and more precisely.

The partnership will also respond to industry demand for convergence and a transition from siloed systems to integrated platforms that support both cyber and physical domains.

“The synergy between WWT and Dataminr is a perfect example of how partnerships can drive meaningful innovation,” said Dave DeWalt, the CEO and founder of NightDragon, and Vice Chairman of Dataminr’s Board of Directors. “Together, they’re building not just a solution, but a vision for the future of security operations.”

Dataminr’s Partner Network

The Dataminr Partner Network was introduced in early February 2025 as a new partner program for global partners to help customers better manage business risks.

Dataminr’s partner program will include collaboration with over one hundred of its largest partners, including AWS, Esri, and Splunk. It will equip those partners with the right tools to guide customers navigating the cyber and physical risk landscape.

“The Dataminr Partner Network represents a transformational leap in how we’re empowering partners to seamlessly integrate the value of our AI platform into their existing solutions and offerings,” said Matthew Harrell, chief partner officer at Dataminr. “Whether you’re a channel partner looking to expand your AI solutions or a platform partner wanting to leverage Dataminr’s API to solve more complex challenges, the Dataminr Partner Network provides the tools, resources, and incentives you need to drive measurable business impact helping customers manage risks in an ever more complicated world.”

The Dataminr Partner Network features:

  • A reward-for-value model: Partners will benefit from incentive programs designed to maximize profitability and support long-term growth.
  • Flexible collaboration options: Dataminr solutions will be brought to market through different partner types, ensuring customers can access expertise and technology to achieve goals.
  • New tools and resources: The Partner Central Portal provides solution information, pricing, discounts, and incentives; deal registration for easy lead and opportunity management; marketing materials and marketing development funds; and training, demos, and workshops.
  • Scalable sales enablement: Equips partners to help accelerate sales cycles and demonstrate clear value to customers.
