Australian technology leader. Devicie and the MSP Entag have announced an exclusive partnership designed to transform endpoint management in the enterprise and government sectors.

Collaboration will address competitive telecommunications market

Through this collaboration, Devicie’s advanced Microsoft Intune solutions will become a major component of Entag’s growth strategy. Entag will leverage its Telstra Platinum Plus partner’s extensive client base to drive scalable, secure, and efficient IT operations.

The agreement is a key move in Entag’s mission to solidify its standing in the competitive Australian ICT and telecommunications market. “Devicie enables Entag to provide secure endpoint-managed services at scale,” Kris Carver, Entag Group CEO said in an interview with Channel Insider.

“Using automation and aligning with critical frameworks such as the ACSC Essential 8, we ensure our customers are up-to-date, optimised, and secure. This capability significantly boosts the number of endpoints we manage—currently around 140,000—and supports endpoints’ critical role in modern businesses.”

As a Telstra Platinum Plus partner, Entag is well-positioned to enhance its offerings through the deal. “The world-class networks Telstra provides are key enablers for our customers’ success. Coupling these networks with Devicie’s automation and our onshore managed services ensures we’re poised to scale sustainably and win new business,” Carver said.

Microsoft-first strategy gets a boost through automation

This partnership also aligns with Entag’s Microsoft-first strategy, leveraging Devicie’s cloud-native automation and optimisation capabilities. “Devicie is built specifically for Microsoft Intune, and our partnership enhances our ability to deliver leading managed solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem,” Carver said.

The collaboration also represents a broader commitment to innovation and sustainable growth. “Without automation, profitable and sustainable growth is challenging. This exclusive agreement allows us to offer optimised, cost-effective managed service solutions,” Carver said, highlighting Entag’s engagement with Devicie on technical road mapping and solution co-design to maximise the partnership’s potential.

Looking ahead, Entag sees further opportunities for collaboration in cybersecurity, further aligning with frameworks like ISO27001 and ACSC Essential. Carver noted that the company does have a mandate for growth and will target “focused organic growth” while also joining much of the Australian channel in pursuing strategic M&A activities where available.
