Channel Insider takes a closer look at 20 of the announcements made at this week’s conference and exhibition.

APCON will be exhibiting IntellaFlex, a new solution for aggregation, filtering and switching. It aggregates multiple data links from network SPAN, Tap or mirror ports, and filters and directs the desired traffic to specific monitoring devices, enabling users to electronically share expensive monitoring devices while preventing oversubscription and data loss.

APC is announcing new Smart-UPS models for use in server rooms and network closets. These uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems offer time-saving features such as an LCD interface with remote diagnostic capabilities, and the system’s ‘green’ mode can achieve efficiencies greater than 97% with average savings of $25 per year.
