OSF Digital, a Salesforce-exclusive consulting and services firm, has been chosen to participate in the Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) Partner Network.

Salesforce FDE partner network builds agentic AI skills

OSF Digital will join a network of firms adopting deep learning, expert skills, and specialized training from Salesforce’s internal teams to help organizations “turn agentic vision into a production reality.”

“Enterprises are moving beyond experimentation and looking for practical ways to create the Agentic Enterprise,” said David Northington, CEO at OSF Digital.

“That requires not only technology, but also disciplined execution and a partner that can connect strategy to production at a global scale. Our selection to the FDE Partner Network reinforces OSF Digital’s role in helping customers operationalize Agentforce and build measurable outcomes that scale.”

The Salesforce FDE Partner Network provides the engineering depth required to navigate complex security environments and proprietary data challenges as organizations struggle to scale AI into something the business actually runs on.

OSF Digital builds on its existing advisory practices

OSF Digital inclusion in this partner network reflects the organization’s ongoing investment in helping customers leverage AI to create sustainable business advantage

It also reinforces the firm’s position as a trusted partner that combines engineering, advisory-led execution, and Salesforce expertise to help organizations accelerate adoption and realize value faster.

As part of the network, OSF Digital will help customers in achieving:

  • Deep technical integration: Mapping complex, fragmented data structures so agents have the context needed to act correctly and the permissions architecture to act safely.
  • Regulated environment hardening: Building AI guardrails that meet strict security standards in industries where the consequences of getting it wrong are not recoverable.
  • System orchestration: Developing the connective tissue that makes agents function across the full operational environment, including integrations, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Closing the production gap: Utilizing industry-specific knowledge and Salesforce’s internal engineering standards to rapidly deliver agents for customers managing complex data and regulated workflows.

“The partner ecosystem is how we make our advantage tangible for customers trying to win in the agentic era,” said Nick Johnston, SVP, Global Consulting Partners & Partner Sales, Salesforce.

“The Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineering Partner Network takes the deep learnings and specialized training we’ve built inside Salesforce and extends it to an elite network of partners. This provides customers with the engineering depth and confidence needed to move from pilot to production and achieve business outcomes at scale.”

How the partnership brings agentic AI to global customers with regional needs

OSF Digital has capability centers across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC, enabling clients globally to execute agentic transformation programs consistently across regions while adapting to local market and regulatory requirements.

Additionally, the expanded partnership ensures that Salesforce customers won’t have to navigate complex AI integrations on their own. OSF Digital’s addition to the Salesforce FDE Partner Network provides ongoing expertise and technical governance to turn agentic vision into a long-term, scalable reality.

With over 20 years of Salesforce experience, OSF Digital serves as an extension of client teams, delivering outcomes-focused transformation aligned with business priorities.

Salesforce launched the FDE Partner Network back in April to help partners move Agentforce projects from pilot to production. Read more about the partner network to extend its internal engineering practices to a select group of global partners.
