Barracuda Networks, Inc., the cyber resilience platform provider, has introduced new enhancements to the Barracuda Partner Success Program.

According to the company, these new offerings are designed to help MSPs and channel partners deepen expertise, improve operational efficiency, and unlock new opportunities for growth and profitability.

Barracuda adds demand-generation tools for partners

Barracuda is introducing what it calls a “reimagined partner experience,” including advanced demand generation capabilities built around a through-channel marketing automation platform.

The platform supports co-branded campaigns, social media and email syndication, and turnkey “do-it-for-me” execution.

“At Barracuda, our partners are at the center of every decision we make, from product innovation to go-to-market execution,” said Michelle Hodges, senior vice president of global channels and alliances at Barracuda.

“We’re creating more opportunities for partners to engage customers, sharpen differentiation and grow their business — and making it easier than ever to do so. These enhancements reflect our ongoing commitment and our belief that partner success drives superior customer outcomes,” she continued.

Barracuda also plans to launch a Partner Locator designed to increase partner visibility and connect customers directly with certified partners.

Mastery Program expands training and certifications

Barracuda is also expanding its recently launched Mastery Program with deeper role-based learning, new technical labs, and advanced sales and technical badges built to strengthen and validate partner expertise.

The Partner Portal will also gain new role-based segmentation and automation capabilities. These include a guided journey intended to help partners begin activities such as co-selling, simplify activation, and accelerate time to value.

“Barracuda’s expanded training, certifications and partner recognition programs give us the tools to build expertise and stand out in a crowded market,” said Sean Furman, president at STF Consulting.

“These investments elevate our credibility as a strategic advisor and translate directly into greater customer value, stronger retention and new opportunities to grow high-margin recurring revenue,” Furman added.
