LG Electronics USA has launched the LG Financing Referral Service, a new program that connects businesses and participating resellers with third-party financing and leasing options for eligible commercial display solutions.
The service is designed to help organizations deploy digital signage and other display technologies with lower upfront costs while giving channel partners greater flexibility to package hardware, installation, support, and lifecycle services into a single financing solution.
The program supports both capital purchase (CapEx) financing and operating lease (OpEx) models through participating financial institutions, enabling customers to better align technology investments with budget and cash flow requirements.
LG financing program supports CapEx and OpEx models
The LG Financial Referral Service is designed to provide commercial display customers with enhanced investment flexibility and access to new financing sources.
The service also reduces upfront capital requirements and offers financing structures.
Further, the program supports projects across hospitality, retail, corporate workplaces, and other commercial environments that seek to modernize customer and employee experiences through digital display technology.
The service supports eligible commercial display deployments through participating financing providers and resellers. It features:
- Flexible Financing Models: Customers may choose between traditional purchase financing (CapEx) or leasing (OpEx) options offered by participating financial institutions.
- Predictable Monthly Payments: Financing structures to help organizations align display investments with operational budgets.
- Support for eligible LG Solutions: Supports financing for eligible LG commercial display products and related solutions.
- Integrated support and services: Eligible projects may include installation, maintenance, extended warranty, and LG ConnectedCare services through participating resellers.
- Lease-end flexibility: Customers may have options including equipment refresh, buyout, lease extension, or return depending on financing terms.
- Third-party financing model: Financing provided by participating independent financial institutions and remains subject to credit approval.
Resellers can bundle services into financed projects
For LG resellers and integration partners, the financing service could make it easier to move commercial display projects forward when customers face capital constraints.
By combining hardware, installation, maintenance, extended warranties, and support services into a financing package, partners may be able to reduce upfront cost objections, create more predictable payment structures, and build longer-term customer relationships around future upgrades and equipment refreshes.
Lease options support equipment refreshes and buyouts
According to LG, customers can refresh equipment at the end of a lease term, extend an existing lease, or purchase the equipment outright – depending on the financing agreement.
The LG Financial Referral Service supports coordination among LG, participating resellers, and financing providers to help simplify solution development, proposal creation, and project execution.
Additionally, extended warranty and ConnectedCare services can also be incorporated throughout the financing term through participating resellers.
