IT solutions provider, Auvik, is debuting new innovations to provide improved clarity, efficiency, and simplicity to IT professionals, including enhanced network monitoring, alerting, and SaaS management capabilities.

Smart Alert Supression and new dashboards in ASM join lineup of Auvik solutions

Smart Alert Suppression for Auvik Network Management (ANM) for surfacing intelligent and relevant insights to IT professionals with precision and alert noise reduction.

Also introduced is a streamlined client dashboard for Auvik SaaS Management (ASM) to map relevant information into a single, unified view for enhanced workflows.

Together, these new developments build on Auvik’s recent platform enhancements to its SaaS automation, endpoint network visibility, and server monitoring solutions from early 2025.

“Auvik is delivering a brisk pace of innovation across our ANM and ASM platforms,” said Auvik COO John Astorino. “Smart Alert Suppression and a centralized client dashboard for SaaS management equip today’s thinly-stretched IT teams with more actionable insights and a comprehensive view of network alerts to help teams more efficiently address pain points and alerts that are time-sensitive.”

Smart Alert Suppression helps address growing IT complexity with more intelligent automation and streamlined visibility, reducing noise to improve focus. The solution provides overburdened IT teams with more intuitive alerting.

Paired with Auvik’s network mapping capabilities, the automated alerting functionality provides clarity to network outages, eliminates redundant alerts related to downstream devices, and gives technicians more relevant topology insights.

Unified SaaS Management Dashboard

The SaaS management client dashboard is streamlined to identify potential areas of shadow IT and cost savings by displaying activities across applications in a single, unified control center, including security, expenditure, provisioning, and usage insights.

ASM’s dashboard provides direct links to these areas, while critical workflow enhancements provide seamless navigation and oversight.

“With Auvik Network Management, organizations no longer need to manually stitch together a comprehensive network view, as the solution combines the capabilities of multiple point tools,” said Alex Arcilla, Principal Analyst, Validation Services, Enterprise Strategy Group. “The key to Auvik Network Management’s quick and easy deployment is the automation used to generate a complete network view, including endpoints, eliminating the need to manually create a network asset inventory and map.”

Auvik’s earlier innovations

The recent platform enhancements Auvik made to its SaaS automation, endpoint network visibility, and server monitoring solutions gave IT teams and MSPs further visibility and control.

In March 2025, the organization added:

  • SaaS Automation and SaaS License Optimization capabilities within the Auvik SaaS Management solution.
  • Endpoint Network Monitoring enables IT teams to support end users, regardless of where and how employees work, empowering distributed and hybrid workforces.
  • Expanded Server Monitoring capabilities to provide deeper visibility into Windows server environments.

“Auvik’s commitment to continuous innovation is truly embodied by these advancements in SaaS automation, endpoint network visibility and server monitoring,” said Doug Murray, CEO, Auvik. “All of these capabilities were developed by closely working with our customers to understand the solutions and features they need to better manage diverse IT environments, gain greater visibility and efficiency, and uncover hidden opportunities for cost savings.”

SaaS management is top of mind for IT leaders in the channel as demand for resilience grows. Keepit recently released a survey finding that there are risks associated with gaps in SaaS backups. Read more about the survey and the current state of businesses’ SaaS data protection.
