Pia, a help desk automation platform provider for MSPs, has launched Automation Hub — a centralized marketplace that gives MSPs, vendors, and partners a shared space to access, install, and exchange pre-built automations for common service desk and operational workloads.
Access to proven automations for MSPs
The Automation Hub (or the Hub, as Pia calls it) consolidates automations from Pia, partners, and leading marketplace vendors. This includes chatbot flows, SmartForms, extensions, and code samples, allowing MSPs to easily access and expand automation across clients without rebuilding workflows from scratch.
The marketplace is designed to address critical MSP challenges, including limited technical resources, disconnected tools, and manual processes.
“MSPs are under pressure to do more with less, and what they need most right now isn’t more tools but clarity,” said David Schwartz, chief executive officer at Pia.
“Automation Hub helps cut through the noise by giving teams access to proven automations built for the problems they face every day. It’s a practical way for the community to share what works and move the industry forward together,” he continued.
Pia is positioning the Hub as “collaborative shift for MSPs,” offering partners a way to co-develop and contribute real-world automations that address common service challenges such as:
- Ticket triage to route and prioritize requests automatically
- User onboarding to standardize setup tasks across clients
- Security monitoring to detect and respond to issues in real time
“For vendors, Automation Hub becomes a distribution and engagement channel — a way to reach customers and deliver integrated value across the MSP ecosystem,” Pia said in an official press release.
Offering a problem-solving discovery experience
According to Pia, the Automation Hub delivers a “problem-solving discovery experience,” enabling MSPs to browse curated packages organized around specific operational challenges and instantly download them for use.
MSPs can also deploy automations at scale, enabling mass enablement across multiple clients with a single click. This eliminates the need for scripting, coding, or one-off configurations.
“What sets Automation Hub apart is its combination of instant scalability, vendor collaboration, and AI-native design within a platform that is purpose-built for MSPs,” Schwartz said.
“This is a turning point for the industry, as AI and collaboration start working hand in hand to simplify how service gets delivered.”
