Okta has revamped its Okta Solution Providers (OSP) partner program with a new tiered structure and program enhancements. The OSP program increases support and benefits for qualified partners to help drive business in the enterprise security market with cloud-based identity-management services.

Each tier offers differentiated partner certification requirements, revenue commitments and a broad set of program benefits. Additional support includes differentiated reseller partner net margins, comprehensive sales, technical and certification training, dedicated marketing resources and discounted pricing for partners to use Okta internally.

MongoHQ, DigitalOcean Announce Partnership

MongoHQ, a database-as-a-service (DBaaS) provider, has partnered with DigitalOcean to offer a streamlined and cost-effective way to host and deploy MongoDB databases in the cloud. The partnership leverages the strengths of both companies: MongoHQ’s provision of production-ready databases and DigitalOcean’s expertise in automating infrastructure.

The partnership is aimed at allowing developers who want to host their data with DigitalOcean to receive the full benefits of MongoDB, leveraging quick deployment without the complexity of spinning up a new server, or the concerns of time, resources and risk associated with leveraging a new database, according to MongoHQ. This is expected to give developers more freedom to focus on creating applications instead of managing infrastructure.
