Nearly half of customers report that they track contract status themselves and trigger calls to their suppliers about renewals. About one-quarter report that the vendor does this, and roughly 20 percent say that contact is initiated by their resellers. Most say they are satisfied with that method, though 7 percent said they’d appreciate greater reseller involvement.
